@@techmo2020 Hi, a little about iPhone tones, from what I know you can lower it to (-0.5)-(-1.0) before taking a photo, which should darken the shadows as they are brightened by the photonic engine which make the photos dull. Could you try it as photos should be richer?
When you move the camera, the iPhone is the most stable, less motion blur, that is huge for me, some eyes might not even have noticed it, so it is certainly a personal preference. And I personally like the sharpness and contrast of the iPhone here, but not all reviews I watched looked that way. Overall the colors were accurate too. But I like the s24 zoom for sure, easily the best if you want to really zoom in and the 3x optical will be missed on the iPhone pro models. A few of the s24 images looks washed out for my eyes, you liked it better that way, so again it comes down to preference. In your review I almost always choose the iPhone, that was not the case in all the reviews I watched...interesting, I'm really starting to think build quality changes a lot more from phone to phone depending on manufacturing location/build or Parts, but also user taking the photos introduce differences, and the conditions are important. So it's good to watch a lot of reviews to get a good feel. One thing is for sure, you can't go wrong with any of them, so close! outside of the pixel 9 which wasn't great. With the new iPhone color settings you can set to default or change after shooting, I think it's the best upgrade to settings in years, if they upped the zoom to compete with the s24 it would be the one to get, but s24 zoom is really good, but not in video? the iPhone pro 10x zoom in video seems better, but just video.

It's the default mode. If you look closely, you will notice some of my photos are grainy too on S24. Unfortunately, it's the same on Ultra. I could not find a real solution for it yet.

After trying all the possible combinations (6.1.1 update of course) available taking picture of the the same place outside, medium processing with a little zoom (I know it is weird, but try it, just normal lens with a little little bit of zoom, take a picture, and compare between other combinations. that will be less grainy and more sharp (with good quality) and less grain. I don't know why but samsung did not fix it sadly. but this is the best option.
get you the s24 SD quick as possible, the difference is there and really noticable, and worth it in anyways! batterylife better video rendering better 5G networking better AND camera is another world for me, the colors the sharpness! i really can say i am annoyed of Samsung to give us a worse s24 for the same price

It's better to get the one you have in your country as it will have warranty and all updates will work but importing won't have warranty, you will have to send it back to that country for repairs and many updates and cell services won't work with it.

I have the same issue. Inconsistent results, sometimes nice but too often something goes wrong.
