That’s pretty smart. I just haven’t been using those storage compartments at all. I’ll have to do that. Thanks!

Good stuff! I have very nearly the same set-up. Except I do not film, so no camera arm, etc. I am using the CAYS 2 pack, though. Do you like the Palisade better? I think I would like the way the sticks and platform pack separately on the Palisade. Also, how are you packing your sticks and platform up the tree? Thank you!

All in all I like the CAYS 2.0 better. I love the molded side of the Palisade pack, but they left some features from the CAYS 2.0 out like a hip belt and some of the pockets cannot be used due to how its set up. Its still a good pack and I'm going to continue to use it, but I'm not getting rid of my CAYS pack anytime soon.
As for packing my sticks and platform up the tree, I have molded clips attached to my saddle that allow me to hook on my platform and then I have gutted paracord loops on my sticks that I attach to those clips to carry them up the tree. I normally only need to carry 2 as I have my first stick on the tree and I hand carry my second stick up.

Can you tell me your filming setup here. Is that a canon camera and a fourth arrow arm.

Yes. I’m using a Canon Vixia HF G50 camera and was using a Fourth Arrow camera arm, but am now using a Lone Wolf ultralight camera arm instead.
I carry a GoPro and a Tactacam Camera too.
