The guy interviewing him, cracks me up with the technical stuff. It didn't bother him, he just kept cooking with his soul. Great video. He is handsome too.
I enjoy watching you do this recipe very simple but good. Too often people doing recipes do a lot of things that complicate how to cook whatever is being the course. However, you explained your cooking of Salmon very simple. Thanks for doing this recipe. Keep them coming simple way to cook.
Excellent cooking instructions to this recipe! Lol the man in the black hat knew exactly what to ask. The camera man also knew how to angle his camera perfectly. Love it! 😀
Thanks guys! I've watched about a dozen different recipes for Salmon Croquettes this morning and this one with the biscuits and syrup is right up there on top of the ones I really liked! At first you had all ingredients listed--didn't show every single step that cooks use-(that just comes natural) Biscuits with syrup was a new one for me-never tried that-but did try them today and found I really liked them!!
Yes this is how my mother and grandmother cooked their Salmon croquettes...Delicious!!! They love them with rice, biscuits and syrup. Amazing he mentioned smothered potatoes with onions! I’ve been planning to make my croquettes with smothered potatoes and onions! I recently picked up a bag of potatoes😊
Peep the hand motion when he is explaining "sop" it up. The same hand motion as when eating foo-foo or that Ethiopian sponge bread or sticky rice. Africa runs through her children even when they are unaware from where quirks stem.
Thank you for your great video. I don't like salmon croquettes. Never have-but will cook for Mom, tomorrow, since she's been asking for them. Instead, I usually mix a small can of salmon with an egg, then fry, and layer a big spoon of grits & butter, and we eat with homemade biscuits.
Taking the skin and bone out of the salmon is like buying vitamins opening the bottle and throwing away the vitamins. The purpose of eating is not because you are just hungy, and that is what you like, but to feed the body nutrients. Some traditions needs to be broken. Stop throwing away calcium and vitamin D. Other than that good job.
I love it!! That’s what I call home made!! Just like my grandmother used to cook….better than anything we get these days!
I love to see a Man in the Kitchen!! Yes Mr. Lee can Cook

It's better to use breadcrumbs with the egg as the binder and dust them with flour before frying.
