Are you sliding your finger up and down on the screen as you’re rebooting it? It’s dumb that you have to do it this way, but those are the instructions.
I would consider uninstalling Trezor Suite and reinstalling from their official website JUST to make sure that you have the correct software installed and the latest. Hope that helps!

Can you confirm that the recent update changed the bootloader mode access and no longer requires finger swiping method?
When I do this, the app is stuck on "reconnect your trezor in bootloader mode" and won't proceed

Why does it keep having me re-enter the pin even though it is entered correctly?? And each time the length gets longer…
