@@KARAYAmetal ya, for a bar or club gig, totally. I’m running mine through a Marshall 4x12. I have it attenuated to 1watt and anything past 5 is uncomfortably loud in my little studio. So if you opened it up at 25 watts would be solid

@@bronsonjohnson9019 ahhh good to know. So this amp can be configured to go to 25? If so how do you go about doing that. And then would be enough to play let’s say a small theater

Got the amp since April and i say i love it! Especially the ton of features (e.g. Noise Gate, IR-Loader) which are packed into this little thing. Hooked it up with a TC G-System and the MIDI setup is so damn easy and a lot of controlable things.
Sound is amazing too. In times of IR´s it is a perfect pick IMHO. And it looks epic aswell with that metal casing!

I like the Engl products, also have an old Sovereign 112 combo. What I like most about the Sovereign is that is had 4 channels and 2 master volumes. Ideal for solving, considered that I play in a band with 2 guitarist. With the second master volumes I can always switch to a solo channel loud enough to make my solo heared. Aswell for the audience as for the band itself.
A big disadvantage is, its older gear, built to endure many gigs etc... but as happy I am with the gigging, my back is slowly killing me ans so I am searching for another amp with about the same settings.
    Will an Ironball do?

That wasn't the point. The op stated that it the amps are not a good value for the US market. I posted a more cost effective option. The US version of the Engl Fireball costs 1350 on Sweetwater. The Euro version costs 830 on Thoman. A 35.00 transformer, and shipping will come up to less than 1000, thus saving you 350+ dollars. The same with the Powerball. You can save 150+ if you really want to.
