I hear the resistance is not consistant through out the whole range of motion. It feels heavier on top and on the bottom it feels basically zero resistance. What do you think about this?
I have this machine and that is completely accurate. You have to do some tinkering to get full range of motion. There’s essentially no time under tension otherwise, which is the most important part of the exercise. You can put a weight plate, usually a 25, on the arm stopper to help, but it’s still not great. Those saying it’s a good machine don’t seem to understand the need for time under tension (or are being paid for their review).
@@sharksharkbiotch I put a 25 lbs plate on the swing arm peg to start. I figured out that the seat sits too low for me. I put a 45 lbs bumper on the seat and added a thick mat on top of that (more for comfort). When adjusting the swing arm, I still have trouble getting a good stretch. If you put it back far enough to get a stretch, it will swing completely over at the top on the concentric. I think if you could get the seat to angle more upward it would help. Maybe put a wedge on it?
One of the best overview I've seen!
thanks for the video and tips
For the price you can’t beat it. Assembly time is cut in half with power tools

@@ShaneMurrell-w6o What kind of tinkering did you do to fix the rom issue?

Long term update? Thanks for this video
@@ShaneMurrell-w6o all plate loaded machines are the same, even the expensive ones.
Are there to inner bearings on the foot attachment pad ? Mine only had one and it’s not securing tightly .
How much you paid?? Be honest????
Bout tree fiddy.
I think the GMWD LE03 is better.
I HATE single leg extensions. Rather have the pad across both legs.
