Here's a little pro tip for using that two part epoxy putty. If you want nice feathered edges without using additional filler, you can spray the putty with rubbing alcohol. It's softens the putty a little bit and you can mold it really easily and get those smooth edges and a nice surface finish. You might have to do a little bit of sanding afterwards but far less and it dries just as hard.
All I can say is.. I love it. It seems that regardless of the medium you choose to use, your creativity shines through once again.

Should you sand down an aluminium bike after having it sandblasted because it is really rough? Or just leave it as it is and put on the first primer
Please do better blasting. My aluminum frames are smooth with no damage in the surface after blasting. I can even leave the bearings in. Just check this video: ruclips.net/video/vN3j228TXKM/видео.html
