    I love this! I was literally starting to have anxiety about something. I stopped and remember pray about everything and be anxious about nothing, and then o saw this video pop up. Life is tough, there's so much going on around us and in our own respective lives. Anxiety is so common but so many people are afraid to talk about it. Thanks for making this Chad! I wish you and Gabe could be my mentor!

    Very good Chad. As a follower of Christ, I would recommend meditating on Philippians 4:6 "Be anxious for nothing, but by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to GOD; and the peace of GOD, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and mind through Christ Jesus." Fear and Anxiety is the opposite of Faith. The two cannot coexist. I have found whenever I begin to feel anxious about anything, to turn to GOD in prayer asking Him to direct my steps. When I have a sense of peace about what it is I am doing, I know GOD is at work.

    Great video Chad!!!! I think you make an important point to: slow down. Often, we want things and we want them now or we think way too far ahead in the future that we get lost in the now. Slowing down will help up take more breathes, our hearts won't race as fast and we have a second to just understand the exact moment, not the past nor present. Can't wait for more videos!

      Yes, I was just thinking about this today. I think a lot of disappointment I have is self-inflicted in terms of things not happening when I want them to rather than being patient.

    Thank you Chad for this. I have been struggling with anxiety for 18 years now. For the most part I am able to control it when I feel myself getting very nervous, but here now lately I have been going through a rough patch in life. Trying to balance this full time job after being out of work for some time ( I love the mission of the company and they seem true to its core values but I live 1 1/2 hr or more away depending on traffic), preparing my oldest son for high school graduation and just really trying to remain motivated in my own life period.
    I am pushing myself everyday to just breathe, and say everything will be okay. Anxiety is not a joke. Thanks for sharing really needed to hear those words. Have a great day!

      I hope things get better for you. There's no shame in scheduling an appointment with your doc about this if you haven't already, and perhaps getting a prescription for your anxiety.

    It's fun but once you start talking to other people or watch YT (Lol) you realize that quite a few people have anxiety (at various levels & at various situations) your not the only one. I know from experience & currently feeing it with a possible job change. Change for me is rough. Anyways I use mediation and exercise.

      Yes I found exercise controls anxiety and simple breathing techniques to calm down. Meditation is a bit more challenging. lol

    Thank you so very much for this video Chad. I'm contacting my primary at the VA hospital today to see about handling this anxiety I've been experiencing lately. it's new to me and doesn't feel good to be in this state 85% of the time. It's all heart shaped, Love💖

    I'm going to give it a try but sometimes coming up with a plan for either scenario - can have your anxiety living la vida loca. (No! Overthinking)

    Please do more video on this topic, my husband doesn't understand my anxiety. I feel that if we tackle it together it would help instead I just try to hide it from him when I'm really anxious which makes it worst

    Great video. It's interesting, I'm finishing up a book called the magnesium miracle and that along with other journals and articles I've been reading talk about the connection of anxiety to an overwhelming magnesium deficiency in many…most people. I encourage your subscribers to do a little research and draw their own conclusions but so much related to anxiety is definitively tied to a mineral deficiency, especially magnesium. Love you guys!!

    Sometimes though when things just don't seem to have a resolution or no clear path (overthinking it or not) reached epic weirdness and has taken you to your last nerve you just have to let go let God and get your sanity back.
