- So Matt Bing who manages The Tuning Store decided to give his 2016 Jaguar F Type-R some more street cred. In this episode, Matt gets his hands dirty and lowers the Jag using KW Suspension, swaps the wheels out for a set of 20" Rotiforms and also adds some carbon touches.

Adding the carbon front lip and side skirts and those super looking rotiforms, dam that jag looks amazing.🔥👍🤛👌
Looking 🔥🔥🔥 keep up the good work! Cant wait for the next vid!
😊😊
Considered getting an F type R for a month now and I think this video sold it for me.
How's the ride confort before/after with the new springs?
Got a manual transmission F-type in Caldera Red and totally agree about the black VS silver wheels comment. I got the Jag Centrifuge design in silver and it really highlight the car's design with is unmatched to this date.
Looks bloody fantastic good job 🙏
Looks gorgeous mate, good choice on wheels and that custom kit 👊🏼
Thanks Mehmet 😎
@@CarAudioSecurityUKwhat is the kit called and where to get it?
Those wheels look great on there I must say I like the old ones though too.
Very cool looking Jag👍🏾
The modifications certainly transformed the car 👍🏽
Very dope!👌 Going to try the lower mine. Thanks for the video, it definitely convinced me to go for it. Awesome Beautiful car!!!
That's lovely mate congrats.
The wheels work so well with the car!
Looks good, bit Carlos Fandango though lol..
Awesome car, looks amazing. Great mods 👍👊
Would b interesting to know the actual weight saving between factory and new weeks
Love it👌🏻👌🏻 ( if it was mine. Which it’s not, I would look for a small duckbill for the rear trunk if possible ( paint matched ) and some kind of rear slats to go in between the rear diffuser, if possible. But all in all , absolutely it looks killer👍🏻👍🏻
Come on dude how does it ride on the new springs??????????
That Look the NUTS 👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻
We agree 😊😊
need spacers at front
This is one of the few times I've seen a Jag get any love. It seems to missing a rear wing, spoiler, trunk lip to finish this masterpiece off!
Nice rear wings are hard to come by for these :(
Very nice, do you have a link to the carbon side skirts and front splitter?
As a former JLR tech, I can attest to how much of a PITA it is to remove the covers in the rear luggage area. After years of doing trim work, there are some tricks you learn on the way. But it still sucks to remove.
OEM side skirts were the killer!
Kept it classy but in my defence I am partial to thw multispoke look. Bravo 👏
I very unique car to do... But nice one
F*** me that looks good! 😎
Haha.. yes, a proper transformation 🙌🏽🙌🏽
No it doesn't
@@lalito1560 Specsavers is that way >
Nice Job on the video and installation. Did you ever do the front spacers? I know they did not make those wheels in a 9" width, but would love to see the front wheels sit more flush to finish off the look. Also, what size tire did you run in the rears? 295/30/20?
Thanks! Front spacers are next on the cards (probably 3 or 5mm). Rear tyres are 285/30/20, will probably step them up to 295 when these are wrecked in about 4 days...
you didn't mention where you got your carbon fiber part, in china but have you the store website ?
SICK. 😎💪
I love the look of those fake carbon fiber rims but you're the third person that's told me they're super heavy
Thanks!
I thought the helper spring goes on the bottom?
It varies from car to car. Installation guide shows top for F Types!
Nice car
No link for the Chinese side skirts? I need please.
🔥
Do the KW springs retain ride quality?
Yeah - maybe better, I had in my R - now have an SVR and waiting for arrive - so yeah worth it
Would've got the centre wheel nut the same colour as the car to link it altogether.
Sheesh🔥
Muy pero muy bueno
Do you happen to know the offsets for these wheels??
Thinking of getting those springs for mine, how do the new springs adjust. Is it fairly easy to do after the wheels are on?
As long as its up in the air, its easy access to adjust the springs. If the cars on the floor with a jack, youd need to take each wheel off...
You must have read my mind, I've been looking at lowering options for my F Type and saw this on IG the other day and wanted to know more about these springs. How do you rate the ride and handling since fitting them?
My F-Type is lowered on H&R springs and we cut down the bump stops a bit. Looks alot lower than most I've seen it rides great. "BOOSTEDMOTORSPORTS" has the video on his channel. But this KW suspension is awesome I might have to upgrade soon.
Best way I think it can be compared is driving normally now, is like driving around in dynamic mode on the old suspension. Definitely firmer, and now have an irrational fear of speed bumps, but handles amazing!
LOW&SLOW👌👊💯
Nankang!!!! why would you??
Perfect
Great colour …is that Italian racing red ..thx
Yes, it is!
Would you be interested in selling your jag …..I’d be up for it .
Hey, best thing to do would be email Matt directly at matt@caraudiosecurity.com or drop him a message on instagram!
