This is "Made in China", Chinese products are not only low in price, but also absolutely guaranteed in quality!
ruclips.net/video/rq6z1hShFcE/видео.html
Guaranteed to be junk
drone are you ok??? go to see your doctor!
Bullshit. Made with stolen technology with stolen materials and slave labor.
quality of what though? lol
You don't really think about how everything is made until you see the amount of work and process it takes to make something especially with a motor!
Hi Toby,.. Yes,, most people don't think so..
what is the price of this machine?
This is showing how they make their induction motors. Really goes to show how much copper coil goes into one. Edit - The motor it's self is not a new invention, they are showing here their method of production, before this they likely did it by hand. Induction motors are in most and many things we've been using for decades.
Hi Bob, Maybe.tHANKS!
sure beats the way I was doing electric motor rewinds 50 years ago when I was a teenager in a little company that repaired electric motors.
you mean back when they actually had manufacturing jobs in the U.S. and paid a living wage with unions and pensions ect. You Boomers had it easy man
@@thizzfox that's true we did have it better ...but only because it was never made financially worthwhile for people to start sharing the jobs and enjoying working LESS as the robots and technology took over....instead of doing that, all the benefits of robots only went to the rich and left the working classes worse off than ever, with no job security, or unemployment. The working classes haven't really seen any benefits from technology.
I saw a lot people on the street doing by hand 😂
I found the voice-over particularly informative.
This is so fascinating - I could watch it all day.
LOL, Hoope this video is useful to you!
China great in manufacturing
Well so neatly maintenance
Good hardworking people
Awesome equipment and fixtures.
Beautiful manufacturing process. The "sewing" machine is fantastic.
Specs please. how many amps at what voltage to produce what horse power?
25 Years ago .. Vancouver GM motors managers visited the Shop I worked at...Laughed at our EQ.
This looks Like a 3 phase stator. It's impossible to know what kind of motor it will be without seeing the rotor.
Compressors for large trucks
Super-impressive, all of it. The high point for me was the lacing machine!!
Hi Steve.. Thanks..
This is more or less how we've been making electrical motors in france for 50 years...
Really?
Yup... ruclips.net/video/EH0duZ0FaP4/видео.html
LOL epic fail, Wally. Nidec are making their motors in China now.
Sorry, NIDEC makes motors in Leroy Somer France - (Charente) - i've been working there 20 years... Your EPIC ...
(it has been called Leroy, Leroy Somer, Emerson, and Nidec just bought it, and here it is : goo.gl/maps/VgJb7ExGkHx )
ES UNA GRAN TECNOLOGIA 🤔 SALUDOS 🇲🇽
what's the new technology...looks like windings, plates and magnets to me...I'm assuming they mean new equipment technology
I am happy the closed captioned text explained every step in great detail, and 10 languages...
ok
Nope its a standard induction motor, 3 phase judging from the 3 sets of 3 wire groups. The industrial machines are cool. But none of this is modern technology. Can thank Nikola Tesla for the original technology :)
No need to make fun of the lad, it looks awesome to most, especially to China since automation like this is fairly new
3 phase DC? uploader doesn't even know what's in the video
It's new, because they just made one.
For some reason it is usual to name 3-phase brushless motors as DC-motors. Even if they are driven by VFD's
You guys are so arrogant, www.orientalmotor.com/brushless-dc-motors-gear-motors/technology/AC-brushless-brushed-motors.html
Technically it is considered modern, since modernization started right around the 50's.
虽然不是很懂电动机,但每次你们发视频,总会有一堆老外喝醋,嗯,给你们点个赞
Thanks!
Americans be buying this motor at wall Mart
Really?
No.
we have already had 20 years of 97% + efficient motor tech, there really wasn't a lot of room for improvement
Hi, Dude. Maybe!
Cost of unit might be low due to automation, but what about the quality testing and balancing?
Hello, David. We
Promise the quality.
low also due to workers have no safety shoes, no eye protection glass
David Dreyer ki
There is no substitute for quality!
Hi Granat, Did you use our motor before?
Excellent video, thanks for posting, much appreciated : )

Hi Thamer, Chinese people will like you...
Sir please develop China electric motor company manufacturing plant in India. Sir India always loves China electric motors.
Awesome video
Glad you enjoyed it!
Never seen so much wire hanging out the ends of the stater.
they compress it
wow!
WOW!
No fish paper between phase winding coils. Heap of smoke.
Yes
Fish paper? You're sounding a little dated there.
@Haha MissMiss ok Now i know u r farming and coal mining for a living. Iam a proffessional motor rewinder with metropolitan water supply of india dude.
Phase paper is a great thing since most industrial motors will be used on Frequency drives. They will encounter ranging frequencies that can increase strain on the winding varnish. Having this paper will increase longevity by preventing phase to phase shorting which is a common killer.
Para los que hicieron la manito asi👎....es PURA ENVIDIA. Excelente por China y su desarrollo industrial 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Thanks to Nikola Tesla, who came with the idea from the Electric Motor Technology, kind regards, greetings.
Hi Saskia, Thanks to Nikola Tesla...
MI NO COMPRENDER PERO KE VIVA TESLA 🤔🇲🇽
@@douglasalonso2440 That was an american who experimented with electricity and told about electricity waves like we have now adays in this world. and also made a motor-engine from out electricity, Thanks for your remark and kind regards.
@@douglasalonso2440 Nikola Tesla was an American ingeneer who came with the idea to make a Electric Circuit Motor.
I hope you have an education and that you can become what you want, do your best ! Kind regards.
Muito pratico e eficiente
The older electric motors are winded better my opinion
Hi, Garvey. How can come true better by the old way?
gacekky1 I wouldn't criticize SMT's English, Walter who is supposedly an English speaker says older motors are 'winded' better, WTF is that, don't any English speakers actually speak English anymore?
@@L98fiero oh god look out its the internet grammar police. Who are you even defending? Are you a representative of an asian electric motor plant? If you were just a troll with that little a life that would be pretty sad
i don't know why i'm here but it is very interesting to see how motor windings are made. Thanks!
Hello, Reinaldo. You are welcome.

I guess you should learn before posting...
CHINA TOP.ALL !

It amazes me that they can push all those bundles of soft copper wire seperated by nothing more than a thin layer of laquer without crushing or abrading the insulation and causing a short.
Hello, Dava. Yes, we did it.
They Can't ...Predictive failure
That is indeed a good question. Especially when the motor warms up or gets under serious load this can cause problems. Though the laquer layers making copper wire are high-tech nowadays and can withstand high(er) temperatures. They don't show how the wiring is finally bundled together/to which electronic circuit the motor finally will be connected/the power that it has to generate.
they have heavy epoxy coating the laminations to prevent that
Its still a basic nikola tesla ac motor/alternator/generator design...good thing he shared his designs with us.
Hi Mark, Hope you can like it.. Thanks!
@@SMTWindingEquipment i do and did 😊
Hey China, I tell ya what I will do. When you build motors that are as reliable as the one on my Lathe then I will run out and buy yours. By the way, the Lathe has a 2 horse motor made in 1905, it gets its brushes inspected about once a year that's all.
Your still using the brushes then!
probably wound by Tesla himself eh?
This production needs to b here in America, these jobs need to b here in America...
Hi, my friend. why?
SMT Winding Equipment These jobs and the technology started here in America, but back in 1970 Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger sold us (the American people) a lie when they said we need to do business with China. This foreign trade deal didn’t benefit America ! No it made Henry Kissinger a multi millionaire. When duz Henry Kissinger go to prison ?
It will be the cheapest on the shelves and will fail the soonest. I do not understand why people do not understand how much better and longer-lasting the more expensive quality products are.
My mother is still using the same iron as she did 30 years ago, whereas I have bought 10 in the same time!
you buy some really crappy irons mate
Phil Busby It's symptomatic of our throw-away society. Manufacturers don't expect you to keep the same iron for 30 years (plus they want you to keep buying new irons) so they make them cheap and nasty, designed to last just a few years at most.
My friend has had the same garlic press for over 25 years. When she mentioned how old it was to her daughter she replied, "Why don't you buy a new one?" _facepalm_
nagualdesign, so it appears that there is a symbiotic relationship between manufacturers profiting from making useless junk and consumers happy to buy useless junk. Then we cannot really blame the manufacturers, like the motor maker above, they are simply satisfying a need. Q: How do we make the consumers understand? A: We don't, the world belongs to them now. How terribly disappointing. Thank you for your intelligent reply.
"Q: How do we make the consumers understand? A: We don't, the world belongs to them now."
_Shudders_
:'(
You need to understand that some companies exploit peoples' belief that all products that cost more are worth more. Not necessarily.
Good work Chinese
Thank you!
Interesting to see how motors are made in a murderous dictatorship.
Hi Jim,Why?
a murderous dictatorship seems to be the direction everybody is moving in now!
Good job anyway
Thank You!
Looks like average-normal efficiency...
Title misleading. Video of assembly only. No technology info except what you can figure out on your own from watching assembly. And that’s more about the assembly equipment and process than it is about the motor itself. Disappointing.

I always use Baldor in my machines. They last a lifetime and pays for itself in productivity.BALDOR is the Nokia of motors , they are indestructible.
good to know.. does Granger sell them?
how much more? Induction motors have approximately 95 percent yield today
There's a Belge outfit that got it to 97.3 percent.
SUPER HIGH fast motor efficiating at incredible hihg speed
Hi Asdasd.Thanks a lot!
Without any safety equipment!
Should quality not begin there?
I also think there should be some safety equipment.
safety equipment, is for people to dumb to pay attention
there are so many chinese it would do the country good to lose a few workers to accidents
I'm laughing at all of the BUTT Hurt comments about " CHEAP!!! CHEAP!!! CHEAP!!! " How hypocritical they are. We all want the BEST Quality, at the CHEAPEST Prices. These machines are winding stators 20 times FASTER than a Rewinder. I know from personal experience, I owned an Electric Motor Repair Shop for almost 40-yrs. I was damn good at my craft, and stuffing that 15 - 20 HP stator in less than a minute it awesome. The very BEST of the best might stuff it in 45 minutes, and an AVERAGE winder is more likely to take 2- HOURS or more. Then you have to shape it, connect it, weld the connections, sleeve and insulate, shape it again, lash it, and after surge testing, then dip & bake, and scrap hot stator and grind the bore. All WITHOUT nicking the windings. LOL I went thru a Baldor factory in Arkansas, and it is amazing. These machines make us look like dinosaurs. Hahahahahaha....
This looks pretty bad. Very slow. Rubbing the enamel of the wires on the laminations. These motors are likely to be DOA or at best last a few weeks.
Yes they specialise in shit.
Gez 13 especially if you want it really cheap.
Try this link, shithead ruclips.net/video/BdXtIJNNVZM/видео.html
Did you see that one winding get caught on the bolt head? My first thought was "nicked insulation - reject".
If you want to see how a motor is done properly, search for Audi electric motor.
@lalybum
Clown comment.
Amazing China
Thank you!
What is "Made in Germany"? It was a branding invented by the Englishmen because German companies cheaply copied English merchandise in the 19th century and if they were allowed to be sold in England they had to wear this brand.
And China is the new "Germany" in the relationship!
The Audi Electric Motor presentation is a good comparison.
Hi David, Audi is a great country..
So China is using a motor that's been around since 1900s? Yeah very good China ,
Chinese are specialist in copyes and piracy
I don't think so. My friend.
@@SMTWindingEquipment what is different other then cpu control? Are electric motors built the same prity much?

To think I spent 30 years rewinding motors by hand.
you are great people..
This is not a DC motor, but a 3-phase motor.
This technology is not new.
This is how we made it in our local electric motor factory in Germany 40 years ago!
they were farmer yesterday
Amazing technologies ...
Hi William, Thanks a lot!
I need to see the specs on high output performance full speed and heat measurments running for 30 days full out then we see if it stands the tests.!!! so show us those videos an dps the copper doesnt look top qaulity
The plain, simple answer that they don't have such things... I also agree that mediocre tech made in China is presented as "revolutionary". I know because I looked for other RUclips movies on how are thse electric motors are made, for example in EU by BMW or Audi.
Avitar Magnus, you can have quality or price but not usually both.
@@WaveIO you must understand that first AC motor was made in China some 10,000years ago later copied by westerners

China, Always Forward in Technology, CONGRATULATIONS !!!
Hi, Chinese will like you very much!
China always steals western technology then changes slightly and claims ownership
Nothing to see here. "Super high efficiency" not evident.
китайцы конечно молодцы!
Спасибо ваши комментарии, если вам нужно моторное оборудование, пожалуйста, дайте мне знать.
What is "Super High-Efficiency"? A couple percent better than average? Even mediocre motors are highly efficient, not much room for improvement there really.
GREAT TECHNOLOGY
Hi,Chinese people will like you.
I'd call that a messy build. Guessing 1 out of 5 motors actually work.
L LIKE MOTOR .
HI Milan, Me too..
Super High-Efficiency???? You did not say why, explain the differences between high and low, what is innovative about the product. So what we learned is China manufactures electric motors. So very useful eh?
Looks like it is about 10x faster than hand rewind but maybe 10-15% more copper. Electricians always be thinking they are immune to automation...well think again.
It's the usual best biggest fantastic jade dragon pearl wisdom golden kingdom bullshit shit chinese stolen technology - they can't make shit.
Modern days motor design. The features are it can be used as a fan. It can used for exhaust. It can be used as a vacuum cleaner. It can be used to pump water and jet water. And it can be used as a propeller in aircraft. Mixed usage. For most common robots.
At this rate they could make one mother per shift .hahaaaaaaa
Super👌👌👌
Thank you very much!
Are you sure its Chinese tech or maybe its WEG, GE or others ???
Sure, it's Chinese tech.

To some people, it's really high-tech.
Everyone should buy one and start copying it and get a patent.
But, who will buy your products?
Look everybody, a whole bunch of absolutely nothing! No explanations know nothing. Great job

@@SMTWindingEquipment If he knew what he was looking at, he wouldn't be saying that. The ops are a bit slow, but that will increase with time and experience. Those are some heavy duty winding's. What are the specs on the motor being built? Remember the Japanese Dotson? That was pure, cheap junk when it first came out in the 70's, now they make some of the most reliable autos in the world. Modernizing takes time, vision & effort...

This very low quality. Will not hold up very long. (In my opinion).
Hi,James.. ..Did you use Chinese motor before?
@@SMTWindingEquipment I sure did. Speaking from experience most Chinese equipment do not hold up. As you most likely notice the wires were pushed in and were most likely damage on the coatings used as insulator for the copper wire. This will cause a short burning out the motor. Also, the Chinese don't use a lot of grease in the bearings. I have to most of the time take apart the entire motor and repack bearings. What a pain in the butt. I could go on and tell more but, before or after you buy check bearing out and check that you have enough insulation before you put into service.
@@kennedy67951 look at 04:23 upper right corner wire got stuck on a metal piece, that will certainly damage the winding, BTW well said.
Yes, this is very very low quality because it is not isolated with aramidic isolation or nomex between winding coil phases. A handcraft winding is very much better than this

Is there really China technology - which is not just copied? ;)
Yes.sir
THAT IS A ST>>>ANSWER
I.iN.T.J - The earliest known oil wells were drilled in China in 347 AD or earlier. They had depths of up to about 800 feet (240 m) and were drilled using bits attached to bamboo poles. The oil was burned to evaporate brine and produce salt.
same like US copied China's gunpowder to make their guns and paper invention to print their dollar.
