    This is showing how they make their induction motors. Really goes to show how much copper coil goes into one. Edit - The motor it's self is not a new invention, they are showing here their method of production, before this they likely did it by hand. Induction motors are in most and many things we've been using for decades.

      @@thizzfox that's true we did have it better ...but only because it was never made financially worthwhile for people to start sharing the jobs and enjoying working LESS as the robots and technology took over....instead of doing that, all the benefits of robots only went to the rich and left the working classes worse off than ever, with no job security, or unemployment. The working classes haven't really seen any benefits from technology.

      Phase paper is a great thing since most industrial motors will be used on Frequency drives. They will encounter ranging frequencies that can increase strain on the winding varnish. Having this paper will increase longevity by preventing phase to phase shorting which is a common killer.

      That is indeed a good question. Especially when the motor warms up or gets under serious load this can cause problems. Though the laquer layers making copper wire are high-tech nowadays and can withstand high(er) temperatures. They don't show how the wiring is finally bundled together/to which electronic circuit the motor finally will be connected/the power that it has to generate.

      nagualdesign, so it appears that there is a symbiotic relationship between manufacturers profiting from making useless junk and consumers happy to buy useless junk. Then we cannot really blame the manufacturers, like the motor maker above, they are simply satisfying a need. Q: How do we make the consumers understand? A: We don't, the world belongs to them now. How terribly disappointing. Thank you for your intelligent reply.

    I'm laughing at all of the BUTT Hurt comments about " CHEAP!!! CHEAP!!! CHEAP!!! " How hypocritical they are. We all want the BEST Quality, at the CHEAPEST Prices. These machines are winding stators 20 times FASTER than a Rewinder. I know from personal experience, I owned an Electric Motor Repair Shop for almost 40-yrs. I was damn good at my craft, and stuffing that 15 - 20 HP stator in less than a minute it awesome. The very BEST of the best might stuff it in 45 minutes, and an AVERAGE winder is more likely to take 2- HOURS or more. Then you have to shape it, connect it, weld the connections, sleeve and insulate, shape it again, lash it, and after surge testing, then dip & bake, and scrap hot stator and grind the bore. All WITHOUT nicking the windings. LOL I went thru a Baldor factory in Arkansas, and it is amazing. These machines make us look like dinosaurs. Hahahahahaha....

    What is "Super High-Efficiency"? A couple percent better than average? Even mediocre motors are highly efficient, not much room for improvement there really.

    Super High-Efficiency???? You did not say why, explain the differences between high and low, what is innovative about the product. So what we learned is China manufactures electric motors. So very useful eh?

    Modern days motor design. The features are it can be used as a fan. It can used for exhaust. It can be used as a vacuum cleaner. It can be used to pump water and jet water. And it can be used as a propeller in aircraft. Mixed usage. For most common robots.

      @@SMTWindingEquipment If he knew what he was looking at, he wouldn't be saying that. The ops are a bit slow, but that will increase with time and experience. Those are some heavy duty winding's. What are the specs on the motor being built? Remember the Japanese Dotson? That was pure, cheap junk when it first came out in the 70's, now they make some of the most reliable autos in the world. Modernizing takes time, vision & effort...

    • @kennedy67951
      @kennedy67951 5 лет назад +4

      @@SMTWindingEquipment I sure did. Speaking from experience most Chinese equipment do not hold up. As you most likely notice the wires were pushed in and were most likely damage on the coatings used as insulator for the copper wire. This will cause a short burning out the motor. Also, the Chinese don't use a lot of grease in the bearings. I have to most of the time take apart the entire motor and repack bearings. What a pain in the butt. I could go on and tell more but, before or after you buy check bearing out and check that you have enough insulation before you put into service.

      Yes, this is very very low quality because it is not isolated with aramidic isolation or nomex between winding coil phases. A handcraft winding is very much better than this

      I.iN.T.J - The earliest known oil wells were drilled in China in 347 AD or earlier. They had depths of up to about 800 feet (240 m) and were drilled using bits attached to bamboo poles. The oil was burned to evaporate brine and produce salt.
