This girl is very couragous. It reminds me a beautiful piece of Proverb Book in the Holly Bible, chapter 31 versé 10 :
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
14 She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.
18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.
19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.
20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.
25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.

This is impressive work considering that most of the tools were common hardware store items; no torque wrenches, socket wrenches or crimping tools. If you gave her a professional shop to work in she would be a rock star and probably put some people out of business in the process. We need more people like her in the world that have pride in what they do.
Until you get one of these special pieces of work new in the box, and it works for 40 hrs then just stops. Costing many man hours and shipping times to replace. Ya, hard pass.
Why don't u take a bath bruh ur fired
Very impressive, although its actually cheaper to buy a whole new one rather then rewind it in a country like Australia. In the Philippines they actually have people on prawn farms doing this as a day job for like a dollar or 2 Aud a day.

I used to work in a repair shop, dealing with electric pool pumps. Not once did we bother with windings, which were the most common fault beyond blown starter caps, mechanical seals or bearings. Some of the larger commercial motors would have been up around 6KW, but they still got thrown out anyway. Good to see someone practicing the 'long lost art' of rewinding and a damn shame that it isn't the done thing in today's consumer society.
It’s still done in NY, I actually watched this cause I used to work in a motor shop. Way cheaper to rewind some of the bigger ones 10hp and up

Wow. That brought back memories. When I was in my late teens in the 80s I worked for a motor repair shop every summer. We did exactly the same job. Although we were lucky and had some better tools. Like an hydraulic press to push the bearings in and out. And a pneumatic chisel to cut the windings. But other than that, all the steps were the same. Nowadays all those repair shops are gone. I guess it's cheaper for companies to buy a new motor than to pay somebody for the repair work. It's sad if you ask me.

Yes about time to see a woman repair stuff nice I can’t do what she does it’s amazing the skill I think I will sub to this channel Most satisfying rebuild
Prepare to be totally amazed. When this video started i thought perhaps all you had to do was replace the brushes. What followed is nothing short of amazing. A complete rebuild of the motor which i thought was scrapped. I should have realised the clue was there in the opening frames of the video. All this and not a drop of WD40 anywhere. A fantastic job.
Tiefe Verbeugung!!!
Wow! I'd never have the patience to do those windings.I barely had enough to watch you do it. Well done and thanks for the show.
Excellent...I've never seen anyone so devoted to tearing into and rebuilding electric motors.
Maravillosa
Şişirdin rotorun mili balyozla arayabi takoz koy saydın güzel usta kolay gelsin 😂🙋♂️
👏👏👏magnifique travail...respect👍
Meus parabéns a essa mulher guerreira. O lugar de mulher é onde ela quiser estar.
Your patience is astounding, I dont know if I would have been able to stick with it.... Looks like a new motor! 👍😇
Bahut sundar 🙏🙏🙏
Lin that was another job well done.loved it 👏 was fantastic and tested perfect and returned in like new condition very enjoyable to watch you are a great engineer in the electric field I have never seen you fail you are 100 % and you give a 100% thank you for giving me the chance to learn from you you are a powerful teacher I enjoy learning from you thank you.
In a time where creating electric motors is an almost completely automated proces (for new engines), it is fascinating to see how masterfully and skilfully you recreate/restore this big motor. Watched it now for a 2nd time (..) with a lot of joy. When the sounds in the background are just water flowing and nature it gives a calming feeling. Thank you Lin Guo'er. I really like the real time video play 😉💙🫶🏻
Really enjoy seeing her working and her dexterity. This is definitely not an act, a pure skill. She really knows her stuff. Though i really want to see her testing of the motor after rewinding (before the instalation).
Who is able to run an 11kw motor at home? I know I can't. Yes, the motor will not be under load, but the startup current can be a substantial fraction of the motor rating.
@@gorillaau Thanks to the power of 3-phase 400V 50hz AC, typical wattage available ranges from 11.2kw for a small apartment to 43kw for a larger single family house that has 63amp breakers, but more is possible.
@@hernerweisenberg7052 Not sure where you are, but three phase is not run into a typical house in this country, 230/240v is considered enough for anyone. 40amps total.
@@gorillaau Im from Germany, and most if not all houses have a 3-phase 400V supply, many things from electrical water heaters to kitchen gear like electrical ovens and induction cooking tops require it.
@@gorillaau Its mainly due to the efficiancy i guess, since it gets produced as 3-phase in the power plant, its more effective to use 3 phase for power hungry equipment. If you run too much stuff of single phase, it is very hard to balance the load on all 3 phases equally, and asymetric load is not good ;)
Quite an amazing amount of skill and discipline in your work that most would simply walk away from. Nicely done on such an expert level!! You're worth more money!!
This is great. It gives me glow within that like nothing else.
I love these kind of videos very much.
Building/restoring is the best.
Thank you for uploading this video.
Im getting more and more impressed the more i watch the video.
I personally rebuilt and repaired a triple phase electric motor from ... get this 1961. First repair after 61 years of service. Incredible stuff! I rebuilt it, sprayed it and gave it an anticorrosion coating along with new bearings. I have to say it is tight as a drum, regardless of the age. True quality ages gracefully. Very diligent and precise work. Wonderful craftsmanship. You can repair this unit - it is solid built and of quality materials. However the majority of units on the market now are useless and unrepairable.
Concordo!!
Great job Linguoer. Your skill, patience, and dedication to yourself and your community is truly amazing.
This girl keeps popping up in these videos. She is a good actress. At least they should get her some different clothes. She is hired to do this acting job. If she fooled you, she did well. As an electrician/mechanic She is a failure, and mildly entertaining.
Asombroso.
