This girl is very couragous. It reminds me a beautiful piece of Proverb Book in the Holly Bible, chapter 31 versé 10 : Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. 11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. 12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. 13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. 14 She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. 15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. 16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. 17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. 18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. 19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. 20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. 21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. 22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. 23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. 24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. 25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. 26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. 27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. 28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. 29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. 30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. 31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.

Great job, at first I thought the motor was going to be scrapped but no, complete strip down, sandblast and rewind. You are a master in motor repair. Really enjoyed your video. New subscriber from New Zealand. Look forward to more video's.
Wow. That brought back memories. When I was in my late teens in the 80s I worked for a motor repair shop every summer. We did exactly the same job. Although we were lucky and had some better tools. Like an hydraulic press to push the bearings in and out. And a pneumatic chisel to cut the windings. But other than that, all the steps were the same. Nowadays all those repair shops are gone. I guess it's cheaper for companies to buy a new motor than to pay somebody for the repair work. It's sad if you ask me.
Hello Norbert. As a retired mechanical engineer, I wondered about the rough treatment with which she installed the new windings. The insulation is quite thin - wouldn't it be damaged?
I admire your confidence in your abilities it’s nice to slow down the video down and to show how little chores can be awkward at times or finicky it can be frustrating but it doesn’t deter your determination I love the break down of parts painfully cleansing each part then painting parts individually it’s surprisingly an awesome transformation when it all comes together much better than before but fully operational that’s truly amazing result well if it will garish you some much needed timber for the exchange of parts and labour I hope you get a truck load of timber
Another great job. Thank you for sharing this video with us. I admire you, your skills, your determination, everything. You know how to do it and you do it. You are an engineer as well as a craftsman. I love your videos. Please keep making them. Thank you so much.

Who is able to run an 11kw motor at home? I know I can't. Yes, the motor will not be under load, but the startup current can be a substantial fraction of the motor rating.
@@gorillaau Thanks to the power of 3-phase 400V 50hz AC, typical wattage available ranges from 11.2kw for a small apartment to 43kw for a larger single family house that has 63amp breakers, but more is possible.
@@hernerweisenberg7052 Not sure where you are, but three phase is not run into a typical house in this country, 230/240v is considered enough for anyone. 40amps total.
@@gorillaau Im from Germany, and most if not all houses have a 3-phase 400V supply, many things from electrical water heaters to kitchen gear like electrical ovens and induction cooking tops require it.
@@gorillaau Its mainly due to the efficiancy i guess, since it gets produced as 3-phase in the power plant, its more effective to use 3 phase for power hungry equipment. If you run too much stuff of single phase, it is very hard to balance the load on all 3 phases equally, and asymetric load is not good ;)

I personally rebuilt and repaired a triple phase electric motor from ... get this 1961. First repair after 61 years of service. Incredible stuff! I rebuilt it, sprayed it and gave it an anticorrosion coating along with new bearings. I have to say it is tight as a drum, regardless of the age. True quality ages gracefully. Very diligent and precise work. Wonderful craftsmanship. You can repair this unit - it is solid built and of quality materials. However the majority of units on the market now are useless and unrepairable.

This girl is very couragous. It reminds me a beautiful piece of Proverb Book in the Holly Bible, chapter 31 versé 10 :
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
