Hi. Thank you so much sharing these two exercises. The one where you legs are on the wall, how many of those do you do? I already feel improvement with these two exercises. But please could you specify how to do? Thanks. GMA.
Hi, I've had pelvic floor problems for 10+ years. Right around the same time I fractured my nose. I have no breathing through my nose. Have you seen a correlation with mouth breathing and pelvic floor problems? Thanks!
I find biological breathing easy when relaxed, lying on the floor, etc. But I find it difficult to incorporate into exercise when abs and pelvic floor muscles are being engaged (ie bridge, suitcase carry ). Can you do a video on this or give advice?

As long as you can do those exercises correctly. Form wins over reps and sets.

Thorough biological breathing. That is how nature relaxes and strengthens the muscles inside the pelvis.

Breathing biologically and through the nose is the main way nature takes of tonicity and strength of the muscles inside the pelvis.

Yes. It is a process. So look for incremental progress and understand that it will become your how to breathing if you keep it in mind.
