Magnets must be in the whole cube not just one part.

@@ANBAT Well you see I used a small motor I had lying around, and I completely gutted the cube and put the motor in, and attached it to the top layer, flicked the switch and boom. by the way I used an old Qiyi Warrior. It's still spinning now!
If you hold the up face and flick the bottom two layers, you can get a lot more spinning by measuring Dw instead of U.

If you invert the magnets in the corners and edges it might reduce friccion more than if it doesnt have magnets at all
someone have this man put ball bearings on the ends of the core and basically just make a solveable fidget spinner

What if you put the magnets in the cube such that the magnets of the pieces of the top layer repel the pieces of the middle layer?
The pieces of the top layer stay together but repel the middle layer.
I wonder if that's possible
It would just make the cube stuck at 45 degrees

I believe the reason the Cube was spinning faster when they were magnets was because the amount of energy he's finger had to put in to breaking the magnets was so high when there's no Force pushing against his finger he can't put that much energy into the Cube.

Imagine just taking the cube apart at a comp.
the magnets made the rest of the layers stable and aligned which makes the cube have less friction, also use the gts 3 since it is already super fast and i get like u3s while turning normally without trying to flick the cube really hard. Also you should have you finger in between the top and middle layer, and start pressing really hard, and slowly more your finger up till its in only the first layer, i got a u4 on a stocked lubed gts2 and like a u6 on a stock lubed gts3

I think if you did this again but with a gan 12 pro, it would be insane. The corner to core magnets the "auto turn" it would help accelerate the cube in the last turn
Amazing, but you can add same polarity magnets in the side you want to turn to reduce the friction even more

Take out edge magnets and put them back in with opposite polarity. If magnet atraction slows it down, then magnet repulsion should speed it up :D

If you reverse the magnets the parts (if the magnets is strong enough) will be frictionless. It should help with friction so you can make it even faster ;)

You should’ve reversed the polarity of the magnets see if that would’ve worked.
I made a faster cube I took Mr. m removed the springs and did the same thing I losed the screw and added Greece,oil also ball bearings which could do u18

I like your idea of the repelling magnets as a spring.
You could go one step further and use ball bearings in the center peaces.
And you could try to kind of polish all the other peaces to reduce the friction among them as well. Or maybe clear coat and then polish them.This way I'm sure you could get more than a U12 ;-)
but abviously you can only use a really small amount of the clear coat and maybe need to send them down a littel bevore because you cannot make the peaces any bigger.

Look for ridges in the cap, try and pull it then, otherwise use a screwdriver. If its a rubiks brand it wont work.
I always wait for the moment in the outro where he just throws cubes at whatever he was doing.
Turn over the cube and see how many D turns you get. Because the pieces are weighed down slowing them
Lol, I'm trying to learn F2L and I see a new vid pop up and I realized eyyyyy that's the same cube I'm using right now. My GAN XS comes in tomorrow and I can't wait. I got the beginner's method down and now I'm moving on to F2L.
The GAN really isn't necessary if you're still learning, I have a $10 magnetic YuXin Kylin V2 and it serves me well, my PB is 15.65

You can put the magnet with the same pole, that way the force is opposite and creates a levitation effect, further reducing friction

The reason why the magnets in the cube made it turn faster is because the magnets helped the cube align better so there won't be other pieces interfering with the turn

Another mod is to sand the pieces down in a certain way to cause a loss of friction. This would also make the cube lose stability

idk how you would implement it but what about using ball bearings?
Also, you should probably have tried to use some good ol’ Maru, since last time, it worked really well, and the other lubes didn’t make a dent after it.
Now try to get it to do as many M slice moves as possible instead of U moves!

Try to turn the Dw layer, since it is way heavier it will turn much longer, try it on a normal speedcube and you’ll also see the difference

You need reverse magnets in the core instead of springs to reduce friction and then light magnets in the corners for stability

the reason why the Mr. M turns more with the magnerts is because the magnets are way too strong. And because they are strong they attract each other more BUT also repel each other even more. I know that cause i put magnets that were 3x stronger than n54 in my cube and tested it. They attract each other but the force of them repeling is enough to prevent them from stopping the cube.

What cube brand would you say is the best for speed solving ( I'm a beginner my best time is

Get a speedcube (get a cheap one like Yuxin Little Magic or the MF3RS etc.) and just do a lot of practice. Once you get under one minute, switch to a better method (like CFOP or Roux).
Imagine if you made a cube called something like, ‘INFINITE SPIN CUBE’ where you just put a motor inside it and made it activate when you spin the top layer

You should do all the stuff you did to the Mr. M but do them on the mgc elite since it’s fast and then put the springs on 1 or 2
try to take the springs of any 3x3 and tape the fastest side and the opposite of it (to make it stable) and it goes damn fast

You should have the magnets retracting eachother so instead of having the magnets in a N - S configuration you should have the, repealing eachother as a S - S or N - N configuration crests a not friction surface that spins freely
