    David Sinclair is a scientist and entrepreneur working on increasing human health, productivity, and lifespan. After co-discovering a molecular cause of aging at the Massachusetts Institute in Boston in the mid-1990s, he joined the faculty of Harvard Medical School where he is now a tenured Professor. In 2005, he founded the Glenn Laboratories for Aging Research at Harvard and serves as their Co-Director. He is also a Professor at the Lowy Cancer Centre at the University of New South Wales, Sydney. His research is aimed at understanding why we grow old

    Thanks great info, but my family are from Europe and i grew up on the Mediterranean diet, lamb/goat is one of the highest in minerals of all the red meats. As long as the meat is grass fed and organic low in omega 6 is good for you in a well balanced diet.

    Carnivore saved my life. I was suffering from systemic oxalosis.

      Yes, this is what it does. Virtually no one has adverse reactions to eating meat. You can isolate allergies and all sorts of symptoms and effects through the carnivore diet. Congratulations and all the best.

    You need meat!

      I agree. Our progenitors were built on meat and I for one find it a vital part of my keto lifestyle. I do eat plenty of cruciferous vegetables, leafy salad greens, fermented food, eggs and I cook in butter or ghee. I'm 62, no colds, flu or medications of any kind. I accompany my lifestyle with weights and HIIT.

    terrible advice -- just makes you want to eat like it's thanksgiving dinner -- DO NOT TRY THIS !
