I think I had it worse - had my 5.1 speakers put on loud ( even the sub was ramped up )... I can feel my heartbeat in my legs ffs.

Actually, if someone makes a good set of 4.56 final drive(it comes with 3.73), I'd swap that in. You have such a broad RPM band to play with.

You can get a normal mustang, upgrade the performance and cosmetics to make it look and sound like this shelby and have it cost less anyways. It's not special.
Standart engine can never make sound like this :), cant rev that much, doesnt have plank crank which is a big point to sound in high rev, also materials are lighter so the sound insulaton isnt that good as on 5.0.
+Ace that's not exactly true. This has a unique flat-plane crankshaft and other internals that allow it to rev and sound this way. A GT also sounds great, but it definitely won't sound the same and won't have the same character. I have rented a Roush SC Mustang and the sound was lovely, but this thing is unique.

you have a great voice to do these reviews, very calming voice but not monotone and we can sense the excitement you have for these cars, others are too monotone and yet others are too hype and take away from the engine and feel of the car...awesome job!

The GT350 is my dream car.. I own a 2014 GT Premium lowered on 20" Velgens, Tune, off-road X... fun car and runs the quarter mile about as fast as a stock GT350.. IT's my 4th stang.. love em. My 92 Fox with a 410ci ran 10s on motor and 9.90s on nitrous.. great street/strip car I drove daily to college... Had a 95 with a 331 stroker that ran high 11s and my first Mustang was a 1971 Mach 1 that ran 13.50s when I was 17. Love the Stangs.. great video!

I love high revving v8s. The dohc lt5 on my zr-1 makes power all the way up to 7200 rpm. Sounds amazing.

I've never driven a manual car like this Mustang GT350 before but I would love to drive it, the shifts are really smooth on this car, I definitely want one.

The GT350 seems pretty similar in feel and concept to the E92 M3. Your bit about the damper modes not feeling a huge difference between the modes and how the car doesn't move in low rpms totally reminded me of all the quips of my M3. The damper modes in my car aren't very noticeable but the car feels better and more planted in sport, and it doesn't go anywhere under 3k rpms! Lol

Around town the exhaust sounds horrible. You have to be in the 5000/8250 range. I'm afraid that engine will vibrate itseft to death over time. 5.2 is much too large for a FPC. Just ask Ferrari.
Very cool video. How does this one compare to a regular Mustang GT? You mentioned the eco boost several times.

the power band is identical to my M3, ford did a damn good job with this car.

The power band and torque curve maybe higher in Rpms very untraditional for mustangs but the benefits of it coming in on higher Rpms is two fold. First and farmost the gt350s 8000 rpm redline means it's completely new for mustang owners, by nature the power will be found higher up, that said the first benefit is that the car progressively gets faster and faster at higher Rpms, unlike normal mustangs that reach the power peak crazy early and feeling weaker and weaker the faster you go. Second is as you've mentioned with such high Rpms you can downshift far far lower which means the cars performance extremes has a wide buff, That makes it a fantastic all around drivers car and daily driver, nite and day performance in one. Drive nice and quite one minute and on a whim drop the hammer and it's all Steve McQueen bullitt! That's fantastic and rare! It's one of the factors that makes exotics so desired, they can do both things well, which usually cost alota money to achieve.
