Recently saw images of Fallschirmjagers in Crete wearing what appears to be captured allied shorts, now I’m trying to figure out if they switched over to low cut boots as well or kept their para boots
@@TheWarRoomChannel I believe the shorts are the M40 variant. They were designed for DAK troops but the Kreigsmarine and luftwaffe also received them. I have seen a photo of a FJ member wearing the M40 shorts and the type 1 jump boots. Certainly an interesting look. 🤣
