Generation War: Wilhelm Winter - German Penal Unit WW2 1/6 Scale

In this video, I dive into a detailed breakdown of a German penal battalion soldier during World War II, featuring a custom-built 1/6 scale figure inspired by the character Wilhelm. This unique WW2 German impression showcases the M43 tunic, stripped of rank insignia, as well as the unorthodox equipment choices typically seen in German probationary units.
I discuss the harsh reality of Strafbataillon soldiers who faced severe punishment and lost their rights and honor. The figure also features artistic elements, like the red triangle, representing penal status, and the white "X" marking from the movie Hauptmann.
