I have one comical, through debilitating, issue with this device. Whenever you plug in the device, click ANY key a very loud piano key plays through vMix master audio channel. The only way I’ve found to get around this is to have FTB toggled on the KC700. As a side note, FTB no longer functions normally.

I have one comical, through debilitating, issue with this device. Whenever you plug in the device, click ANY key a very loud piano key plays through vMix master audio channel. Solution is a bust. FTB still mutes audio.
Notes only play on the master channel. Audio buses are spared.
Dear Friend, Please write to us, we will send you the instruction to turn off " the loud piano key play sound" from Vmix software.
I need help on that too. Piano sounds nice but it is not good for mixing @@fomako9778 how I can get a solution for muting the piano sounds?
