漢堡煎蛋飯 Loco Moco
Ingredients for 4 servings 四人份:
Ground beef 免治牛肉 700g
Minced Onion 洋蔥蓉 250g
Minced Garlic 蒜蓉 50g
Worcestershire Sauce 喼汁 20g
Tapioca Starch 木薯粉 25g
Egg 雞蛋 1pc
Water 水 50ml
Salt and pepper
Burger sauce 漢堡汁
Mushroom 蘑菇 180g
Beef stock 牛湯 426g ( 400ml )
Light Soy Sauce 生抽 15g
Dark soy sauce 老抽 5g
Ketchup 茄汁 30g
Worcestershire sauce 喼汁 25g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 40g
Tapioca starch 木薯粉 15g
Water 水 35g
