I usually wear this under my shirt. When I do wear a T-shirt between the holster and my skin, I will pull the shirt up a bit before pushing the holster into my waistband.
It being grabby is actually a great benefit. While it is a little harder to get the holster into your pants the benefit is that it doesn’t move once it’s there. Holster is always in the same place on the draw and it doesn’t try and come out with the gun.
Doesn’t work as a wedge for me the concave shape of the heel part doesn’t push out the holster enough. It’s comfortable and doesn’t move around. For the price there’s better and cheaper options. Yoga block, solid heel insert or just get the T1C wedges

Definitely need an update video in a few months! The only reason why I was going to go with a alien gear or stealth gear holster for my P365 instead of a kydex holster is because it is Not Comfortable for IWB. Functional - YES. Comfortable - No.
Jalen Byon No. Tuctite uses horrible clips that dig into your skin whenever you sit down. Most of these holsters are the same. The important differences are the little things like what clips are used, angles and overall ability to conceal. Like most guys, I have a drawer full of failed holsters. I modify my current edc holsters to fit my body. I would have to Dremel off the lower portion of the Tuctite clips to make it remotely useable.
Padding that area is a genius idea but using something that doesn't breathe could be improved. Right now it might not be so bad but any extended period outdoors with 110 degrees in August and your swamp sack just turned into a running faucet. Cut out some breathable padding from something, re-purposed sports padding etc., sew it to Velcro for attachment and so that the edges don't fray. Voila. There may already be pads with Velcro that would do the trick stolen from some other usage. The hunt begins...
Quick Google search: Helmet pads might the best off the shelf solution. I was thinking one of those loose mesh shoulder pads or something like that first. Then may be neoprene like an Ace bandage or soft knee pads. But if anyone finds something else please post.
The gel will not absorb sweat and shouldn’t be any less-comfortable than the non-breathable kydex. Also, I don’t usually go commando, so there should always be a base layer between my skin and the pad. Helmet pads would likely work fine if you want to cut them to shape. I am not sure how durable they would be in this configuration.
snteevveetns I thought the same. Also I am curious if it will stick to your bare skin. I look forward to a follow up review after he has worn this for a month before I try it.

Everybody in my shooting circle thought I'd lost my mind paying that much for "PLASTIC" Well thankfully something told me to hold onto that gun which of course is a Glock17 gen2 I think which if I'm not mistaken was what the public was sold??Anyhow man other then one issue with locking back on an empty mag which they quickly fixed it's been the best I've owned! I'd be afraid to guess the round count through her and shes still all original!!! But if I had to guess in the 30plus yes I've had it probably easily a half million rounds!!! Maybe I should contact Glock and tell them my story!! Lol. Anyway bud thanks for taking what I wrote in a positive way cause that's how I meant it and I hate to hear people part with guns unless of course they hate it but not your case! Hang in there and just start rebuilding your collection as you can and you know that will pretty much hold its value!! At least that's what I tell myself every time I want a new toy!! Which seems to be every other week a new gun comes out!!! Thanks for the reply and good luck with the new 19!! Share a pic when your the proud owner!! Lol.
Tim the gun guy great story man! I'm definitely building up my armament soon lol. You have a blessed day!
Samuel Alzate Thanks Bud, you as well and good luck in the future with everything gun related and otherwise!! Be well my friend.
I use Dr Scholl’s Air-Pillo with Velcro on all my holsters takes away the hot spots
My IWB holster digs into my groin when I’m sitting or bending over. Would this hack help prevent that?
Great vid!!!!! Thxs!!
Thank you
Wear my bravo iwb at 4 and 5 o'clock, comfortable all day
Genther 3408 I carry the same way, but I realize that AIWB carry is much faster from draw to first shot, and much easier to draw when seated or driving.
Seems like the blue pad would be grabby and hard to put down into clothes. I’m going to seek out a smoother wedge.
I usually wear this under my shirt. When I do wear a T-shirt between the holster and my skin, I will pull the shirt up a bit before pushing the holster into my waistband.
Gary Sarratt, that might stop the inside shirt from coming untucked though?
It being grabby is actually a great benefit. While it is a little harder to get the holster into your pants the benefit is that it doesn’t move once it’s there. Holster is always in the same place on the draw and it doesn’t try and come out with the gun.
You could adhere the pad with the cloth side facing your body.
Great idea, thanks!
This saved my groin
I’m guessing it worked for you? Any ideas or problems?
So how it works finally? 🤔
Update on this?
Check out keepers concealment
Doesn’t work as a wedge for me the concave shape of the heel part doesn’t push out the holster enough. It’s comfortable and doesn’t move around. For the price there’s better and cheaper options. Yoga block, solid heel insert or just get the T1C wedges
So did it work ?
Yes
improvise adapt and overcome!
I have noticed Mole skin goes a long way to improve holster and mag carrier comfort.
Did you miss the whole point of the video?! Lol are you sticking your holster inside your pants + underwear?
@@thehamburglar9mmMole Skin is excellent for chafe points and is used for shoe discomfort. Should work for holsters too. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moleskin
@@thehamburglar9mm- maybe he goes commando. Putting on panties is a waste of time. You're a guy. Act like it..

Badass dude 👍👍👍
is that a glock 17? and was your work done at NCEngravers? love the brain stippling
Edit: maybe the Glock 30S?
I can't get the velcro to stick to the pad. I'm using the same brand as you. Any suggestions?
Joe Brown use a hair drier to help the adhesion process. If all else fails just hot glue/super glue it on. It’s the disposable part so it shouldn’t matter if it’s permanent. Hope this helps.

update?
Your right Owen Wilson sounding!
Have you used the Gcode incog? If so do you still like the trex over the incog?
Yes. I have an Incog. The version I have does not allow for use with optics and a weaponlight. I do not believe any of the Incogs will accept the APLc. I also don’t believe they have a model that will work with optics and a mag caddy.
8541 Tactical oh ok thanks for the reply! I’m using an incog with the mag caddy and it does tend to print with the mag caddy attached. But other than that i like it but but I need to try this heel cushion on it lol
Good idea. This is why I carry glock26. Doesn't hurt when sitting down
puma51921 Ha me too, just commented to a guy on.this thread said he sold his 19 because of this problem! I suggested the 26 with 17 mags and a $30 cheapy AIWB holster off of Amazon! I couldnt be happier with my set up and I'm a big dude!!!
My only concern is the gel sticking to underwear and moving it around. Having a soft cloth layer on the outside would probably fix that.
Yah but that gel pad is going to stick to your undershirt/ underwear trying to get the sidecar in and out of your pants. It is made to slide with ease. Also, where is the update with you actually wearing it and feedback?
I didnt have a gel pad but used a normal insole. I have the sole side facing the holster and it has helped.
This video is more than 3 month old, did it work?
Definitely need an update video in a few months! The only reason why I was going to go with a alien gear or stealth gear holster for my P365 instead of a kydex holster is because it is Not Comfortable for IWB. Functional - YES. Comfortable - No.
The DarkNight KSG makes a great one. Comfortable, plus claw and wedge. Out of stock on light-bearing right now.
Genius.
Makes me glad I chose a smaller pistol and pocket carry. So much easier.
rick Fischer what you gain in comfort you lose in firepower
AIWB offers the fastest time from draw to first shot.
You stick a hot compensator in there it’ll melt that gel insert at the bottom.
Why would you use a AIWB holster if you routinely holster hot compensators?
Good point I guess. Idk I don’t have a comp yet but once I have it I’ll still carry aiwb.
What trigger is on that Glock? Looks extremely nice to use
That is an Overwatch Precision Trigger. It is a really nice trigger.
Tuctite is a superior product that doesn't rely on edited showman ship and buddybuddy back scratching marketing
Did anyone else realize he said "pubic bone" instead of pelvic bone towards the end??😂😂😂
Bite into the pubic bone
:)
Pelvic hair 😂
Anything that would absorb sweat would begin to stink after a short while.
T.REX Arms holsters suck a big one! This tier1concealed is much more comfortable, if your into the "caddy fad."
I’m having the same problem. My gcodes don’t hurt but my sidecar does.
I would think 2 sided tape would be better.
I'm curious about the gel and it causing more sweating....
snteevveetns I thought the same. Also I am curious if it will stick to your bare skin. I look forward to a follow up review after he has worn this for a month before I try it.
That’s gunna get TOO STICKY on sweaty belly skin
