My favorite is when Luke falls in the tunnel and Kevin Murphy says "Hmm, Yoda mention something about this. Oh yeah (imitates Yoda's voice) 'If in tunnel you go, boned you are. Backside kiss GOODBYE!!!'"
Vader, here's the thing, next time you hire more Storm Troopers, make them go through marksmanship training. Anyone who can't hit a human shaped target from at least 10 feet will be used for target practice.
Even Solo, who's supposed to be a gunfighter, rarely makes contact with what he's aiming at, yet in the prequels & sequels, every hero can put a hole in a dime at 30 yards
When the promo for this movie came out, they re-released episode 4 and you had to wait until after the movie to see the promo. The asteroid scene was in the promo. Worth waiting for.
Weird thing is, is that Chad Vader often talks about how he's Darth Vader's brother, yet he says things like that in these recordings so is he Darth's brother or Darth himself? xD
While I will always love Mike, Bill, and Kevin, The "Plinkett" riff of Star Wars is without question the funniest riff/commentary I have ever heard and made me laugh much harder then the Rifftrax of the same movie, and it made me realize that as much as love MST3k and Rifftrax and all of those awesome, familiar people, the millennials have Red Letter Media and they are doing some incredibly funny, smart stuff. Or sunny fart stuff. Either one I guess.
Yeah......I just looked up Red Letter Media and Plinkett...........................😶..............uhm, no. The millennials can have that. Its all theirs. Give me MST3K or Rifftrax or Cinematic Titanic's worst effort any day.
I think it's the lack of them in the theater silhouette at the bottom, it made you feel like they were right there with them. But yes Rifftrax is still pretty fucking awesome.
@HankJwimbleton876 It's Matt Sloan He does the Chad Vader series on youtube. Lucas Arts was impressed by his performances in the youtube channel videos and he was chosen to provide the voice of Darth Vader in future star wars games. He provides Vader's voice in Soul Calibur IV, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 1 and 2, and so on into the future.
"I guess this is it." "The only role you'll be known for." "They're curing his frost with humiliation therapy." "Their family tree has roots in Apallachia." "Spring in Minnesota." "They're writing their own slash fic!"
@Wes964 Hence the hole hand joke. Still, despite my personal belief that there IS a special circle of hell reserved for Seth McFarlane (spell?), once in a while, he does have a good one. "Luke? Luke, if that's you, wave your right hand!" ... "No, your RIGHT hand!" "IT'S ME, YOU FUCKERS!"
@Wes964 -I know you are right about Mike. I was a very left leaning guy as a youngster ( now I just stay out of political debating altogether) and I remember being very bummed to find out Mike was conservative. But I came to respect the fact that he doesn't involve it in his comedy. There's an interview clip on here somewhere where a guy tries to get him to make fun of Bush-but instead of voicing an opinion or getting mad, or firing back Mike just says he "keeps his politics close to his vest"
@moskalsam read Mike's interview with the Lincoln Heights Literary Society Issue 7 - Summer 2005 He is clearly not joking about being christian. He says "almost every career and life decision I make depends upon it." when taking about his faith and that his wife "works with youth groups and churches as her profession". Oh and he also endorsed Bush during the interview. Rifftraxs make fun of whoever would get the best laugh. It doesn't matter what side and that's why I love them.
@TheGreatYellow I haven't seen the Family Guy ep so I couldn't say. But this Rifftrax is relatively recent, so if I had to guess I'd say the Family Guy did it first.
Movie: "Shield up!"
Chad Vader: "Hoes down."
Priceless.
The "Oompa-Loompa" parody is one the best things I've heard out of these guys
Bill's Gilbert Gottfried impression is awesome.
HIS IMPRESSION SKILLS ARE SOO-PERB
Kevin: Hey...there's an up tempo version. Everybody dance!
Does anyone else picture Tom Servo bobbing up and down after he says this?
+Roadvirus1 with the whole crew on the star destroyer XD
When I watch riff trax I’ve always seen crowe, servo and mike.
@@h-e-acc ah a man of culture as well i see.
"The correct answer it mitochlorians"
cracked me up
I lost it at "will do, skin tube"
Making Yoda say "Wokka Wokka Wokka" is so hilarious and right!
Not knowing which one comes first, because it's Yoda, makes it all the funnier
May the force be with you leia. R.i.p. Carrie fisher.
She's one with the force now.
Ewww.
@@svenjansen2134 Gross
"Don't make me destroy you."
"Don't make me lay the smackdown on that ass."
Wish that last line made it to the Special Edition.
I remember when these guys were on mst3k they're still great
Chad's delivery on "this time, for sure" lives rent free in my head
2:04 My God, it's the guy from the Waldorf Salad episode of Fawlty Towers! "I'm going to take Darth Vader and BUST HIS ASS!"
This is hands down my favorite of the Star Wars movies
My favorite is when Luke falls in the tunnel and Kevin Murphy says "Hmm, Yoda mention something about this. Oh yeah (imitates Yoda's voice) 'If in tunnel you go, boned you are. Backside kiss GOODBYE!!!'"
A storm trooper and a red shirt are fighting. The storm trooper misses, the red shirt dies anyway.
Bill's Gilbert Gottfried impression just killed me. One of my favorite Rifftrax movies.
Vader, here's the thing, next time you hire more Storm Troopers, make them go through marksmanship training. Anyone who can't hit a human shaped target from at least 10 feet will be used for target practice.

"I said bite it hard you galvanized Clay aiken mannequin."
"Why are you eating my roof tar?"
the Gilbert Gottfried part nearly killed me.
4:00
you know you're sleep deprived if your laughing at this for more than five minutes
My dad used to drive a Chevy Astro van, holy shit. I lost it.
Ooh, dammit! This isn't Scrubs!
When the promo for this movie came out, they re-released episode 4 and you had to wait until after the movie to see the promo. The asteroid scene was in the promo. Worth waiting for.
Of course, I meant trailer.
Irvin Kershner, thank you for this film.
"I need to feel secure!!!!"
Lmao!
Chad Vader: “Oh hi...sorry”
“Yes, Senator John Kerry” 😂😂😂😂
“Looks like he was frozen while attempting to sing a Michael Bolton song” 😂😂
“A Klansman!”
“Vader sucks”
Always love these.
Hey, that's my line. And it's not "No! No!" It's just "NOOOOOOO!" Got it?
Weird thing is, is that Chad Vader often talks about how he's Darth Vader's brother, yet he says things like that in these recordings so is he Darth's brother or Darth himself? xD
Bill's Gilbert Godfried impression is spot-on!
Lando! "Cerebro?" "Magneto!" LOL! Loved that!

"Yes Senator John Kerry."
haha- the gilbert godfried impersonation at 2:40 is ridiculously awesome!!!
Why are we eating my roof tar? lol
"Hey it's an uptempo version! Everybody dance!"
1991 Chevy Astrovan of starships :D HAHAHHA
I think it's the lack of them in the theater silhouette at the bottom, it made you feel like they were right there with them. But yes Rifftrax is still pretty fucking awesome.
8:04 It's just not quite as perfectly awesome since the "Special" Edition.
Interesting fact: the guy playing General Veers is the voice of Aragog
@James Farmer I knew that too
"I will not marry you! Stop asking, it's weird!"
You left out "Leroy Jenkins!!!"
no mader how hard i try i always see kevin and bill as crow and servo
@HankJwimbleton876
It's Matt Sloan

IT'S NOT A CAVE IT'S A SOCK-PUPPET!
I forgot that Chad Vader was in this one.
1:10 come on Qui Gon was AWESOME
Lmfao. Wakka wakka wakka. To tears brought I was
"I guess this is it."
"The only role you'll be known for."
"They're curing his frost with humiliation therapy."
"Their family tree has roots in Apallachia."
"Spring in Minnesota."
"They're writing their own slash fic!"
Would you be willing to do favorite moments of Rifftrax for the newer Star Wars films?
@2:10 Pretty much what I say every time I turn on the tv.
"Shields up"... "hoes down"
Lando! "Cerebro. Magneto." LOL! I love when they reference other riffs...
Yeah! Chad Vader! :D
I'm sorry i chewed your slippers :D
"spring in minnesota" its funny cause i live there and its sure as hell true
@Wes964
Hence the hole hand joke. Still, despite my personal belief that there IS a special circle of hell reserved for Seth McFarlane (spell?), once in a while, he does have a good one.
"Luke? Luke, if that's you, wave your right hand!"
...
"No, your RIGHT hand!"
"IT'S ME, YOU FUCKERS!"
That is nuts.
But the pod-racing scene was the second best part.
To Denny's!
"We're going to the Dagobah system."
No, it's not Italian.
"Lando"
Cerebro
Magneto!
@Wes964

"Preparing to dive bomb the target! My piloting skills are superb!"
The white protocol droid was K3PO. The "lead" droid of the base.
"Spring.....in Minnesota"
How does someone get full episodes of Rifftrax? Are they all just a few minutes long and skip from scene to scene?
They just performed one of MC Hammer's lesser known singles. awesome
Space battles: the mechanically-seperated chicken of the Star Wars universe.
The Gilbert Gottfried riffs are my favorite in the entire film, one of my favorite riffs Mike, et. al., have ever done.
Who does Vader's spoof voice? They are really good at it!
"Dammit, this isn't Scrubs!"
Matt Sloan
@Wes964 One of my favourites.
Yoda
So this is was Grover looks like when you shave him
"Oh Dammit, this isn't Scrubs"
That cracked me up
@HankJwimbleton876 It's Matt Sloan aka "Chad Vader" from Blame Society Films. And, yeah, he's awesome. :)
Thank You. I will.
@moskalsam read Mike's interview with the Lincoln Heights Literary Society Issue 7 - Summer 2005 He is clearly not joking about being christian. @GusF That was such a great episode! :D
@Windclaw That's good to know, and not very surprising. Wouldn't be the first time Family Guy was late to the comedy party.
"Rogue Two" will never be the same to me again. xD
"This scene is a dark inescapable foreshadowing..of...POD RACING." Chad FTW!
@TheGreatYellow I haven't seen the Family Guy ep so I couldn't say. But this Rifftrax is relatively recent, so if I had to guess I'd say the Family Guy did it first.
Why don't I just levitate all the rebels into the sun? Answer: midichlorians. Pissed myself xD
is it just me or are they on the sulaco at the end
man, i hope the imperial starfleet dosent fly past these scolling letters or they'll totally know where the rebel base is
No they're the full length of the movie. Download them from the Rifftrax website.
This is just a "best of" cut.
Is it just me, or does Rogue 2 remind you of Reb Brown?
Ah, Testicle head. many lol's to be had.
Shields up! Hoes down!
😂
Clear your mind of question...
How do I do that?!?!
I love that Gilbert Godfrey joke.
Chad Vader is the man haha
@Cruzman3609 Check out conditions in the US in the later 19th Century
PREPEARING TO DIVE BOMB THA TAHRGET. MOI PILOTING SKILLSH ARR SOOPERB!
Is that Chad?
God damn you, you skipped the Chewbacca telling Lando that hanging with Han beats suicide joke!
I like it better than MST3k because they can do it to movies we have heard of.
Ooh! If only there was a way for them to do ME3.
It's been 30 years, and I'm still bitter about Return of the Jedi not matching up to this movie.
He's like a Vader/Arnold combo, nice.
@TEKNeKFLOZARTMUSIC But you have to get lucas equal amounts of credits.
