- Ever wondered how do the driving examiners give you instructions in a driving test?
Many students are worried about the way the examiners give them instructions. This is the least thing you need to worry about.
Driving examiners instructions are very clear. They give you instructions well in advance. They also use hand gestures. So follow their hand and don't mix up left and right!
Here there are 5 tips to help you for your driving test in regards to the driving examiners instructions:
1) It's OK to ask the examiners to repeat the instructions
2) Tell the examiners to talk slowly if English is your second language.
3) Ask for an interpreter if your English is not THAT great and it might make you nervous.
4) The examiners don't give you illegal instructions.
5) The examiners don't trick you.

Can an examiner gives two instructions at once like for example: turn left and then turn right??
@@zakiullaqadrisyed7298 Yes they can. This way of giving instructions is very common too

As per Q safe pretty much on point besides the hand signals, as most know and as you said if we don’t say anything continue following the road as directed by road sings signals and markings
Hi Pete, all the examiners I have worked with use hand signals, and I myself use them during lessons as well.
There are so many students who don't know their left and right, suffer from left-right confusion (disorder), or just mix up left and right under stress.
Using hand signals can prevent confusion and make the driving lesson and test safer.
Good video, and moustache!
Thank you 😄
When you said about "some foreign countries" where examiner may trick student and ask for example to stop where it isn't allowed or something like that, I was feeling a big shame about my country...
Ah nothing to be ashamed about. Different countries have different procedures. It's just good to know that you won't be tricked in a driving test in Australia 🙂
thank you for your video. One question, i know she is going slow for the video, but that is a fault in the real life? drives 30 35 in a 50 60 zone. Also i could notice that she does not check the sides, looking for Blind spots, I fail ones already and they said that you have to look over your shoulder almost in an exaggerated way, thank you.
You're welcome Martin. She didn't really drive too slow for the video. In a 50 zone, in residential areas, you don't have to drive 50. You need to slow down according to the traffic conditions.
Also you are not required to do shoulder check with EVERY turn and you definitely don't need to exaggerate. Blind spot checks are for situations where there is a gap next to you and a cyclists or motorbike or another car might get into.
For narrow roads, you don't need to shoulder check. Only mirrors are enough.
Yo! I passed my test in a swift!

Hello, how long is takes to get approved 100 hours in QLD.And the first few hours I did with my friends and then start with instuctor !! Is it cause any problem? Thanku
Hi Sumit, you need to give it two weeks time for approval. It doesn't matter if you do your hours with an instructor or your friends. As long as 100 hours are recorded, you'll be fine
Is the car always automatic or it may be manual as well? ( In driving test)
It's up to you whether to take an automatic or manual car for the test
question, shes crossing her hands isn't that a fail?
No. Watch this video:

Are you allowed to go through the yellow light as seen in 7:18 ?
Yes. this video explains the yellow traffic light rules :
ruclips.net/video/m726o4mbCIY/видео.html
Can a examiner ask a student to change lane near a traffic light ?is nt it tricky to ask like that
They don't. And if they ask you to do that near a traffic light, you don't have to do it right away. You'll find a good time and support spot to do that. Usually they tell you" When it's safe to do so, change lane to the right" for example
thank you my english.is not.good. and i ready.to learn driving.i will worry.about my english now i do not worry because i.can need a interpreter free thank too much❤
You're welcome. That's right. You can ask for an interpreter, free of charge. Just make sure you do that at the same time that you book your driving test 🙂
