I mean even though her presence in the studio is real she is still visually an anime. How will non-Hoshiyomi reactors gonna comment on this? But then she did phenomenal job with her voice.

Since you really like Suisei's voice, i highly recommend you react to "Planetarium". In my opinion it's one of her most beautiful songs and really shows how gorgeous her voice is

Suisei is actually there in the studio. The people behind the cameras in that studio can see the real person behind the anime girl you're seeing on the screen. Maybe I'm wrong. I wasn't actually there to see it in person. But the technology to do this exists.
Also, the whole point of that channel is to only allow ONE take. They wouldn't break that rule even for big names, so there is no way in hell they would break it for a vtuber.
