    Hi whats the average healing time please?

      The research shows us it takes 1-2 years to heal a tendon. However, you likely want to know how soon you feel pain relief and can return to activities. Most people feel significantly better in a couple of weeks and many return to tennis or golf around 10 weeks. Does that help?
