Great video. Thank you. I learn more from than my sport medicine doctor. I went to her complaining about tingling sensation in my ring and pinky fingers. She told me immediately it is from my neck. Then she told to get neck therapy for weeks. She never mentioned anything about lunar nerve. You’re absolutely right. I started feeling the tingling and numbness in those after using a computer on a desktop. That’s when it’s started. My doctor never mentioned anything about how I used my arm. She quickly sent for neck therapy at her office. Thank you for this video.

Thank you for this video. Been dealing with this for almost 2 years now. I’m a musician and I was afraid to look into it and find out I had to go straight to surgery but this gives me hope.
Took 500 photos on a vacation, had iphone pinky, followed by ulnar nerve compression from self masaage - lasted. 5 months before I took serious help from personal phy and therapist. This video is very useful - it is my Exact Problem, so thanks for posting it👍

Thank you, i have been experiencing grip weakness for some time and i didn't know what it was, i suspected atrophy or an electrolyte deficiency, but there was 1 time when the pinky and ring finger in my left hand started tingling, after which i started seriously considering it being cubital tunnel syndrome. I meet you now for the first time...and I am so happy to! I have been suffering from tendonitis in my right elbow for a week or so. I rubbed a bit of diclofinac creme on it. I bought an "elbow support" brace, to wear during the day. It has extra compression "discs" on both sides below the elbow (on the forearm)..not too tight. This morning I woke up with a very painful ring finger. So I googled to see if there is a connection between the finger pain and elbow - and found you!!!! You explain it so thoroughly! and better yet, you explained the ulnar nerve exercise so well..I know what to do!!! thank you!!!

I work at a very fast paced QuikTrip. I do many actions that involve bending my elbows with weight on them such as mopping, stocking, pulling pizzas from the ovens etc..... I have developed this in my left arm. It's weird because I'm right hand dominant but anyway it hurts so much worse when I get home and I get the elbow still. I'll look into purchasing one of those braces to wear at night while I sleep. Thanks for the info.
When I do the wrist exercise (at 6:45 into video) my wrist judders. I don't get this on the unaffected arm. Can this be due to compression at the elbow still or would it be compression at the wrist?
Thanks for the video. I accidentally hit my funny bone really hard on something which triggered this nerve and wake up with tingles in my ring and pinky fingers. I wear a wrist brace to sleep which helps but now I know it’s more so my elbow.
I have an incredibly painful spot, about 4 fingers down from my elbow on the Ulnar nerve side of the forearm. It does not cause the symptoms you speak of here (no numbness, tingling, or finger/hand issues), but if I lean my forearm on a table, or press that spot, it is truly a "10" on a pain scale of 1-10. I have tried the "flossing" exercises, castor oil packs, and ice. nothing seems to work for when that spot gets pressed. It must be work related as my elbows are always in the bent position, on the computer. I don't know what kind of a professional to see for a proper diagnosis. Do you think this could be ulnar nerve compression, if it only hurts in one spot along that nerve and only when pressed? It is not a normal pain ,and I've only had this for a month or so. Thanks.
My pain is in the elbow only, no symptoms at the finger. I noticed that when I sleep with my elbow straight, it makes the elbow pain worse. If I keep it bent by my side, the elbow pain is not there when I wake up. Any suggestions? My symptoms seem to be from overuse of lifting weights.

I’ve had constant sore bit on both hands at the wrist/ bottom of hand on the side under my little finger or opposite side of thumb. It has been there for months ever since I had bowel surgery which has given me severe pain in my bottom for nearly a year. I have told my doctor and he doesn’t know what it is. Any ideas?
I sometimes get this in one arm when I sleep on it. I wiggle my fingers for a minute, and it goes away, and my hand is normal. If it is temporary like that, is it still the syndrome?

I've undergone tests and taken some medications, but the problem persisted. Now, I know the reasons, and I will strive to apply the exercises you mentioned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.❤🤍
I have acute pain at the end of my left pinky finger. if something hits or presses slightely it pains a lot. When im in the cold wind while bike riding it hurts due to cold. I do lot desk work for many years, but my doubt is rather than nerve issue probably I have wrongly pressed the keyboard while typing practice that has cuased some injury or slight fracture.
Woke up last week, had a pain in my right shoulder like none before, i was in the floor in pain, right arm and hand started getting numb as the pain lasted... went to ER, got pain shot in hip and inflammation meds....next day got a shot in my shoulder....here we are a week later, half of my right hand, pinky and ring fingers and that side of palm is still numb...so can this start from back?
I'm almost certain I have cubital tunnel syndrome though I also have an earlier issue of a TFCC tear, carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar impaction syndrome. I've had debridement of the tear, release of the carpal tunnel and a terrible neuropathic pain complication for several months after the surgery. The pain in my medial elbow seems partly due to what feels like the nerve rolling across the bone. Is that a feature of cubital tunnel syndrome? I use my computer mouse on the arm of my couch and while it's soft, it's still immovable and the motion is repetitive. I have placed a gel pad (for metatarsal pain) under my elbow or rested it on my cold water bottle and gotten a little relief. Will a gel pad prevent nerve damage?
I compete in amateur armwrestling and suffered a partial tear to my ulnar ligament about 4 years ago. Just recently I started getting tingling/hot/cold sensations down my arm and into my hand. If I continue to train, how much worse can this get? I have had no signs of it affecting my strength or muscle size
I just had the surgery 2 weeks ago. I had no idea that the nerve could be compress or stuck in the radial joint. I was losing feeling in half my hand and was getting very difficult to do my job(truck driving).
@billythecat it's going well, I had a submuscular nerve transposition with several bone spurs that were causing the problem. Therapy is going very well. The pain was moderate but I was on an oxycodone regimen for the first week and tapered off into acetaminophen. It was also on my dominant side so I needed to get this done as it was extremely difficult to even grip anything properly.

I have the same same problem in my Both had, and also my ring finger will be locking
I got angry and my ulnar nerve is now in pain, I think my neck is stiff. How do you deal with ulnar nerve around the neck?
I just had the surgery 2 weeks ago. I had no idea that the nerve could be compress or stuck in the radial joint. I was losing feeling in half my hand and was getting very difficult to do my job(truck driving).
How are you recovering from the surgery? How bad is the pain after the surgery?
@billythecat it's going well, I had a submuscular nerve transposition with several bone spurs that were causing the problem. Therapy is going very well. The pain was moderate but I was on an oxycodone regimen for the first week and tapered off into acetaminophen. It was also on my dominant side so I needed to get this done as it was extremely difficult to even grip anything properly.
Please doctor help me i have to much pain to my fingers for long time more especially when it's Cold I need a help.am your follower
