  • Hey guys! so this video is a basic at home for those of you who felt like me and didn't want togo to the gym. I started with 20 burpee , 20 mountain climber, 20 reverse crunches, 20 jumping jacks. I did this for 3 rounds. After, I started todo some leg workouts.
    Started with glut bridges for 10 with 15 sec hold, 15 standing donkey kicks with resistance band on each legs and across the room squat walks for for 4 rounds. I got a good sweat from the first round then a nice burn in my gluts. Let me know if you guys like it.
