I wish they'd put the octa-core in the next 4K fire stick 4K Max.
I tried the 4k Max going from cube 2nd gen and didn't like it. Sluggish at times. Bluetooth seemed slow to connect. And so on. Sent it back and got 3rd gen Cube on sale. I love the new Cube. Better all around. Wouldn't go back😊

The price comparison isn't quite accurate. You're comparing 1 product with 2 products in one. TV Cube is a FireTV inside an Echo Dot. I would love to see a FireTV inside an Echo Show. And the Passthrough HDMI and Ethernet is great. And It's Octa-Core but the processing power is shared with the Echo Features.
Additional to the upscaling, the cube gives you an additional HDMI connection to the tv😊
It's to go out. Doesn't do what you think it does
I would say go with the Cube only when it's on sale...ethernet is ALWAYS going to be a better connection to cut down on buffering

Come on bro ...CUBE is the best ok u have more options port Ethernet, speakers, usb eazy to use so what about "notification" if u have any notification the color lights will be change and tell him to play your playlist....CUBE is a double system...out of tv u can still use it

The cube has a 8 core CPU the max has a 4 core processor. I know the max has 300mjz faster CPU than normal 4k and 200mhz faster GPU I think the cube GPU is faster than the max as well can't confirm right now.also the usp port is helpful. My kid does Luna on the new max just fine almost went to a cube but couldn't justify its price. The cube should only be maybe 20 more than a max stick
You really can't tell. It's very small in the difference. Less then half a second
The cube should have 4 gigs of RAM 32 gigs of storage faster GPU and CPU. I know it has a octa core instead of a quad core processor in the 2022 model though. So as far as I can tell from testing reviews on RUclips, it has a faster CPU and I think it does have a faster GPU than the 4K Maxx but it should have more RAM and more memory and be a lot less expensive

I don't even see the point of the cube now, only bad things about the new max 2023 is the USB
The cube is still pretty solid
amazon update fixed the usb power on and off issue. All good now.

I have a question, I have a LG C2 the OLED tv and it comes with Amazon tv, Apple TV, and all the same stuff this does, is there a point of buying the stick or cube?

If they roll out a new cube, here are my recommendations:
2.5 GB Ethernet adaptor
8 GB Ram
8 core processor
32 GB Storage
Maybe I'm asking too much but I would pay $150-$175 for that.
Maybe call it cube max
just buy a shield, all you want and more.PLUS no amazon ads and forced added on apps most people will never use.
