【 Portuguese Tart with puff pastry 简易版葡式蛋挞】Easy and simple! 用现成酥皮制作葡式蛋挞!

  • 这葡式蛋挞做法简单,用现成酥皮就能自己制作~我用的是超市可以买到的现成酥皮~不必自己杆面团!大家不妨自己在家做~趁热吃是最好吃的哦~
    This Portuguese egg tart is easy to make. You can make it yourself with ready pugg pastry~ I use ready-made meringue that can be found in supermarkets~ You don't need to make your own dough! It’s taste good while hot~
    材料 Ingredient:
    挞皮 Tart:
    现成酥皮 Puff pastry: 4 pcs (需预先解冻30分钟 Unfreeze for 30mins )
    挞水 Filling:
    鸡蛋 Egg 1
    牛奶 Milk: 55g
    砂糖 Castor Sugar: 20g
    淡奶油 Whipping Cream: 90g
    Tips:
    * 挞皮我用的是Kawan牌子的现成酥皮
    * 过滤蛋挞水可以让蛋挞水更细腻
    * 挞皮尽量捏压至越薄越好,尤其是底层
    * I use the ready Kawan brand puff pastry
    * Filter the egg tart water to make the egg tart water more delicate
    * Press the puff pastry as thin as possible, especially the bottom layer
    Temperature 烘烤温度:
    200度,底层 - 35分钟 (烤炉温度有所不同,需自行调整)
    200°C for 35 minutes (Oven temperature is different, need to adjust base on your own experience)

    做了两轮,都失败了。卷起来烤限制了空间,中间根本都发不起来。 应该一片拿去烤就好。浪费了🥲

      这个我不太清楚呢,不过这种酥皮是需要冷冻的,或许可以找找看冷冻部门~

      坐标加州LA,老美超市,比如Trader Joe’s, Vons, Ralphs…连锁都会有,$5$6左右有时会卖断货,可以问店员。
