I have two questions. One, If I create Installation media now, can I use it after July 29?
I want to delay installation as much as possible, and yet do not want to lose free
upgrade opportunity. Two, I have both Windows 7 and 8.1 pcs. Can I use the same media for both PCs or must have separate media for each OS? Thank you very much!

Was not able to get a workable Win 10 Screen just keeps blinking with my desktop picture. no apps or settings . Went back to Win 8.1 Made a CD Install Do I Have to reformat my C: Drive to get a clean install Have an All in One 23 HP Mouse and Keyboard. Will it keep my Recovery D: to go back to Win 8
back during the summer i did the upgrade to my computer,went fine no hiccups ,trying to use it was another thing ,i have a windows phone with this same thing i can use it no problem,on my computer i couldnt find anything hardly without going nuts,then the stuff i use to do my art works,my music videos,none of it would work what little try to i kep on getting some kind of message wanting me to download some codec or something even after all of that still dinnt work ,after a day of arrgervation i went back to version i was using, all i can say is no thankx

Hitesh Saini so you’ve downloaded the Media Creation Tool? Just open it, and it should run. Any errors you are getting? Also, it’s advisable to upgrade to Windows 10 because Windows 8.1 is ending support in a few years time.

Emmanuella Leșe try deleting some apps and files, if it’s really bad then reset your computer... also now that Windows 7 is no longer supported my Microsoft you should upgrade to Windows 10 for free (your product key will turn into a digital license linked to your Microsoft account).

+myriadcorp Try this, try going through the setup again, this will re-download the Windows 10 files. Your copy of Windows 10 downloaded on your computer could be corrupted.
