Thin crust, minimal cheese and a ton of veggies can be a Domino’s order that doesn’t leave you feeling crappy. I have a colleague who also doesn’t get cheese on pizza because she can’t digest it and she loves her cheese-less pizzas!

The was the only pizza-by-the-slice that would get from WF when I'm at the store and was hungry. Unfortunately the store discontinued it. I guess it just wasn't that popular of an item.

This looks amazing! I’m excited to try it. Also a great keto inspired hack: make a ‘crust’ out of ground chicken/turkey and seasonings. You just have to roll it really thin onto parchment, crisp it in a 425 for like 15, then put it back in on a wire rack so air can circulate under it. It’s great and even crispier with mozzarella mixed in too but more amenable to keto than some other diets if fat loss is the goal!

Spray your large rimmed baking sheet with olive oil. Add your veggies to the sheet - it doesn't matter if they are overlapping. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 20 minutes. parmesan mixture: Whisk together all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. assembly: After the veggies have roasted for 20 minutes, remove from oven and toss them to mix them up. For me, the pepperoni makes a world of difference. I don’t even need the crust. I can just heat up cheese sauce and pepperoni in a bowl and eat it with a fork! I call it a pizza bowl and it def satisfies the craving!😂
This is absolutely amazing, put it on repeat as a weekly meal, my body appreciated it. And I also added gouda cheese and fresh basil to my pizza it was so good and refreshing!!!
I made this with slight variations (added spinach, squash, parsely and made it spicy) and it was sooooo good and filling! This will probably be a regular for me for awhile because I love pizza, but hate how fattening and caloric it is. I think the next time I make it, I'll toast some baguette slices and place this all on top
As someone who did a weight loss journey already, I had to cut out the cheese lol. The calories really add up its not just the carbs. I went from an XL to an XS in 6 months no loose skin, but yeah gotta sacrifice the cheese unfortunately. Also for maintenance you can’t go back to eating that much cheese either, unless you save it for a treat 🙏🏻

I get a craving for pizza once in a while but I don’t want all that bread. This sounds a good idea, I love vegetables. I’d probably put some minced turkey or chicken on it too for a bit of extra protein.

I like, no LOVE, to go to Peter Piper Pizza buffet. What I do now is I make a huge salad, grab a bunch of pizza slices, and just put the toppings on the salad. I keep the ranch and extra marinara on the side and put a lot of pepper flakes. This recipe looks like my version of Peter Piper Pizza buffet. I’m going to try it!

If you have any concern about restaurants, just make your own pizza at home, prepare your own dough, choose healthier options for toppings instead of highly processed ones but this thing is not so different than a regular pizza made with bread. Sometimes when I want the taste of pizza with less carbs, I put string cheese and turkey pepperoni in a mug and microwave it. This looks a lot better. 😂
Yeah I lost weight from an XL to an XS BUT had to lower my processed carbs and sadly lower my cheese intake too. Cheese is delicious but we have to eat it in moderation for weight loss (and maintenance too). You can have the roasted veges without the cheese though they’re still delicious!! Or just a small amount of cheese ^_^

The pizza satisfaction comes from salty umami marinara, oregano & mozarella. Bread is not necessary, I’m sure veggies will taste great

Yeah I lost weight from an XL to an XS BUT had to lower my processed carbs and sadly lower my cheese intake too. Cheese is delicious but we have to eat it in moderation for weight loss (and maintenance too). You can have the roasted veges without the cheese though they’re still delicious!! Or just a small amount of cheese ^_^
