You are such a gem!!! Thank you for sharing your adventures and keeping it all real. My daughter and I a building a log cabin in the remote woods of Maine, no cell service, no power...perfect!! Yea, nothing goes to waste living in the bush...everything gets eaten by everything. I'm so proud of you that you will go all in doing something you've never done and if it doesn't work as planned you try something else. Adventure On!!!!!
That was quite a predicament lol, Dolly sure took care of the groundhog I bet once you get to know Molly she is the sweetest glad to she's getting to live her end of life in such a great location. I agree the ground hog was going to get eaten so doesn't matter by whom or waht. Hope you have a great week.
Both of those cabins look super nice! As for the floor sander issue if you could have pulled the cord to you and just wrapped all the cord you could get around the railing and handle it most likely would have held 😉. I may have been in a similar spot many years ago when i was a young teen. I let dads walk behind tractor get just a bit too close to a deep gully and it started sliding to the bottom. Got caught on a small tree but beside a larger tree i wedged it against but required me to hold it with my feet. I took my belt and my shirt and made a wrap and tied it to the tree till i could get some help. As for the groundhog catch good dog! For those that complain about it being shown, just understand people have hunted animals with animals since the dawn of time. The fact she skinned it out and kept the pelt makes it exceptional versus acceptable to me. How many of us have house pets we let out on murder sprees we never see? Your cat isn't cuddling the squirrels, frogs, and whatever else it comes across. Just because you don't see it mean it doesn't happen. So save your self self righteous "Im out of here" post and just leave. Thanks for the videos as its really nice to see how people can live far out and away from others.
Well definitely interesting video, when r u goin to build urself a log cabin, I like watching this stuff very different from florida, and definitely thank u for posting another video so fast😊
I'm not , still trying to get ahead far enough to do it, the good thing about videos like this is u can definitely get good points from someone experienced already doing it
@@shannisgeorge I see. I just came from Norway. And am doing it around Gainesville area. Right now I live in Boca Raton in a white prison like house)))) gated community) where are you in Florida?
Would be so nice to get to live up in the great white North .....but I'd do my own cooking 😋 .....guess Wisconsin will have to do ....and just about past " bug " season ..... now deer hunting 🦌 🏹 season up next .... I own A farm here so lots of 🦌🦌🦌 ..... keep up the good work , 💖 your videos .....💖 Log Homes 2 ....
I guess if you get all you can from a carcass then you wouldn’t have a need for killing the next animal. You won’t be wasting animal lives. I am a guy form a city so I might be wrong about it. Anyway I really enjoy your content. Keep it up!
I was born and raised on a cattle ranch so i get roadent/predator control. I go out of my way to make sure they're dispatched as quickly and humanely as possible. Being mauled to death by a dog wasn't a quick or responsible death. I question your reasoning for including that in this vlog.
Unsubscribing from your channel because of the portion of the video where you show the dog attacking the groundhog! Very poor judgement on your part! Anybody who enjoys seeing that is sick!
Ahh the people that think that in nature nothing gets hurt ever! You probably have a housecat you let outside and assume its just curling up next to all of the furry woodland creatures. Glad you made a scene on your way out so it could be addressed.
@@dfoltz268 on the contrary, I live in the woods and have come across many a dead carcass! I’ve heard wolves taking down a deer or some other pray! But that doesn’t mean I want to watch it on a log cabin building channel! Thanks!
