Actually impressive they improved on placement in a later model, because these days you expect them to stuff parts in even more inaccessible locations.
Yea totally. I was kinda being sarcastic tho. I've owned an older Xterra for about 5 yrs or so, and drive a company NV at work. I love nissan and think they make good, quality vehicles, but I've done a lot of work on the xterra myself, and boy do they piss me off sometimes.
This looks daunting at first, but not so bad after seeing a demonstration.
Correct after some guidance its definitely doable.
The engineer should be banned for life for putting the starter way back there.
I think they did cus on the new models then when an put it on the outside again lol

Bolts are on the back so you don't have to pull the intake if you're doing a transmission
Correct but why put the starter under the intake, why couldn't they just keep it on the side like they have always done it.
good job nissan. pos
Can you do an ignition coil replacement vid for an nv2500 or similar?
Hey sorry but it should be straight forward it you look up and nissan 3.5l or v8 ignition coil replacement should be the same
At least we don't have to worry about road salt corroding it away. 🤷
There is always a positive side but when you are in Florida lol

How did you get the beauty cover off
Which cover will you be talking about.
@@kennyadriankc the top engine cover so I can get to the spark plugs
I took the screws out but it still won't come off
