Yeah it's a little too intense in my opinion. So much cardio to start and then a few crunches, you don't need to be passing out to get healthy or lose weight in my opinion.

This workout is super easy and probably really fun too (for me at least) if I omit the burpees. I would rather run 8 miles and I hate running 💀

its all about the progress! the workout says to do 4 set of 25, but feel free to change it to fit your fitness level eg. 25 the first day, 30 next day etc whatever can challenge you progressively!
I’ve been doing this for about three weeks now and I’ve sort of come to enjoy it used to take me at least 45 minutes to finish but now it’s a lot shorter due to the fact that I’ve separated the different workouts into reps and take two to one minute breaks as well as stretching before and after each workout 😉👍 try it or not 😅

They all go into detail of the number of repetitions, rest times, etc... I mixed all that with stretching warm-up exercises you see them doing before stage in all the SKZ Talker episodes, and dancing to a bunch of SKZ songs (Miroh remains my fav for cardio, Maniac for abs, Back Door for arms), and that makes me a nice 45mn gym routine that is 100% SKZ focused. Changbin's spirit is with me all the way , especially when I consider skipping a day 😅 Result is I have strong legs (25 squats kills), I am building tones arms, my core abs are no joke now, and I went from unable to survive the Miroh chorus back in March to now being able to dance half of the song and sing it without losing breath 😊 My biggest challenge is planks... doing them on Thunderous, trying to survive longer every week (started from last chorus to end of song, then dance break to end, currently at bridge till the end, still not surviving over 1 minute... 😅)

I am 12 and i am doing this workout for a week Day one: omg its so tiring i couldnt get through the burpees so i only did like 20 my weight at the end of the day was 124.5 lbs and my waistline was 29 inches Day two: i felt a little dizzy and still couldnt get through the burpees (i only did 7 😭) the jump squats were surprisingly easier and i loved the crunches my weight and waistline were both the same as expected
@@peachapple960 i think you should, as someone who is also 12 i have tried this workout but simplified and it was pretty, and i mean really bad. well, the main reason people work out at such a young age (as in these hardcore workouts) can be mainly from insecurities abt parts of their body for example

I actually tried LE SSERAFIM'S workout before and my whole body started trembling and I fell on the ground. I was getting kind of dizzy too. My body felt like stone!😭
In fitness you have to necessarily have to start at the hard part. You should first test your capacity and do that much. Then increase the workload as you get stronger

I did this and I'm still doing it. I couldn't do 100 burpees at once so I started with 25 then 50 then 75 and then 100. Doin 15 burpees like JK is so easy now 😂
i needed to loose weight 2 weeks before summer and i combined this everyday two times with an insane diet, i lost 4 kg, my body was already pretty used to exercise tho so it would probably leave more results for other people
I tried this for a 2 weeks with days to rest in between, but ultimately had to stop because it kept hurting my joints. Which makes sense cuz I jumped into it with no previous workout routine or regimen (and I’m quite heavy [1.74 pounds, 79 kg] for my height [5’0 ft, 159 cm]). I would advise to start with a less grueling workout, with baby steps (not that I’m following my advise lol, I mostly spend my time laid in bed), or you could hurt yourself badly (did I mention I threw up the first few days of doing the exercises?). Anyways, take care of yourselves and don’t over exert yourself for the so called “immediate/quick results” that are ultimately hurting you; do your research first! Much love 💕

So I tried this workout guys..the jumping Jacks were pretty easy but when it came to burpees I couldn't feel my legs and after doing plank crawls I died of leg pain but I didn't give up there I and hope u guys also wont give up I hope the result will be as i hoped I'll update you guys in a week
i once did that but i only did it for 6 days the problem was one time i asked a friend to do it with me - i kinda passed out but the resultes where schocking i was soo proud of myself for loosing so much weight
a tip for the burpees do them in sets. if your super out of shape do 10 burpees and a break between sets. if your in the middle do sets of 15 with breaks between sets. if your in shape do 25 with breaks between sets. I do the le sserafim workout and when i first started i did 10 sets of 10 and worked my way up to 25 per 4 sets but make sure the breaks are long enough that u won’t pass at if u want u can put ur legs up to get the blood going
I did it for one day and I was sweating like crazy after doing the entire workout 😭 it’s so painful but definitely worth it!! You should try it out! Don’t give up
This also depends on your age. The older you get, I feel like your body gets tired a little more easily. As someone who is 13-15 years old, I could do it without being that tired. The burpees were hard, dont get me wrong, but not as much as some people in the comments are saying. Edit: everything I said is a lie, I did it at night the first time. Doing it in the morning is 1000000 times harder. We can do it, lets go !!

I have been doing this workout for a whole week in the morning before school lmao so now It's getting easier because I wake up at 4:30 everyday go to bed at 10 so yeah and it takes 1.5 hours so after that I have a bath make my hair wear uniform a eat breakfast and if I have any homework I didn't do the night before I'll complete it so yeah and I also do the workout before dinner so I get a appetite never missed a day only when im really sick like a fever :)
I did it for one week and I was actually pretty decent. I broke the burpees DOWN like I’m saying 10 sets of 5 for every 25. But I saw like 1.5inches off my waist and I lost 2lbs
if anyone is wanting to try this and you’ve never done any working out on your own id recommend doing the same work outs but less reps. like instead of 100 try 50 or even 25 then build up to doing 100 so you don’t pass out. i tried to do 100 burpees (when i couldn’t even do 2) and ended up with a giant bruise from tearing my muscle so please be careful!

I actually tried LE SSERAFIM'S workout before and my whole body started trembling and I fell on the ground. I was getting kind of dizzy too. My body felt like stone!😭

In fitness you have to necessarily have to start at the hard part. You should first test your capacity and do that much. Then increase the workload as you get stronger

I did this and I'm still doing it. I couldn't do 100 burpees at once so I started with 25 then 50 then 75 and then 100. Doin 15 burpees like JK is so easy now 😂

i needed to loose weight 2 weeks before summer and i combined this everyday two times with an insane diet, i lost 4 kg, my body was already pretty used to exercise tho so it would probably leave more results for other people
I tried this for a 2 weeks with days to rest in between, but ultimately had to stop because it kept hurting my joints. Which makes sense cuz I jumped into it with no previous workout routine or regimen (and I’m quite heavy [1.74 pounds, 79 kg] for my height [5’0 ft, 159 cm]). I would advise to start with a less grueling workout, with baby steps (not that I’m following my advise lol, I mostly spend my time laid in bed), or you could hurt yourself badly (did I mention I threw up the first few days of doing the exercises?). Anyways, take care of yourselves and don’t over exert yourself for the so called “immediate/quick results” that are ultimately hurting you; do your research first! Much love 💕
Do u have any reccomendations? kpop workouts do nothing for me :( i hit gym and swim and do rugby. I hoped to try kpop workouts for an hourglass look but they did NOTHING and i did NOT feel tired at all. Im stuck with this man build for life :(((

20 plank up and downs
20 plank twist
75 crunches
Trying this for a week until (approximately) my bday:
Day 1: Not too bad, followed a different follow-along tutorial and kinda lost count
Day 2: Finished at 11 pm and I only did 50 burpees and 50 crunches cuz the post-workout pain from yday kicked in and I felt like throwing up
Day 3: Went from 50 burpees to 75, not too bad
Anyways gonna try to keep updating!

So I tried this workout guys..the jumping Jacks were pretty easy but when it came to burpees I couldn't feel my legs and after doing plank crawls I died of leg pain but I didn't give up there I and hope u guys also wont give up I hope the result will be as i hoped I'll update you guys in a week

i once did that but i only did it for 6 days the problem was one time i asked a friend to do it with me - i kinda passed out but the resultes where schocking i was soo proud of myself for loosing so much weight
Bro I just did this but with a 1 minute break between each workout it was TERRIFYING I felt like I was going to pass out after the burpees

Tbh I’ve been doing it and the only hard thing about it is keeping count of where you are 😭
a tip for the burpees do them in sets. if your super out of shape do 10 burpees and a break between sets. if your in the middle do sets of 15 with breaks between sets. if your in shape do 25 with breaks between sets. I do the le sserafim workout and when i first started i did 10 sets of 10 and worked my way up to 25 per 4 sets but make sure the breaks are long enough that u won’t pass at if u want u can put ur legs up to get the blood going
I did it for one day and I was sweating like crazy after doing the entire workout 😭 it’s so painful but definitely worth it!! You should try it out! Don’t give up

This also depends on your age. The older you get, I feel like your body gets tired a little more easily. As someone who is 13-15 years old, I could do it without being that tired. The burpees were hard, dont get me wrong, but not as much as some people in the comments are saying.
Edit: everything I said is a lie, I did it at night the first time. Doing it in the morning is 1000000 times harder.

I have been doing this workout for a whole week in the morning before school lmao so now It's getting easier because I wake up at 4:30 everyday go to bed at 10 so yeah and it takes 1.5 hours so after that I have a bath make my hair wear uniform a eat breakfast and if I have any homework I didn't do the night before I'll complete it so yeah and I also do the workout before dinner so I get a appetite never missed a day only when im really sick like a fever :)

I did it for one week and I was actually pretty decent. I broke the burpees DOWN like I’m saying 10 sets of 5 for every 25. But I saw like 1.5inches off my waist and I lost 2lbs

if anyone is wanting to try this and you’ve never done any working out on your own id recommend doing the same work outs but less reps. like instead of 100 try 50 or even 25 then build up to doing 100 so you don’t pass out. i tried to do 100 burpees (when i couldn’t even do 2) and ended up with a giant bruise from tearing my muscle so please be careful!
