    Update following emails and speaking with you about my WTK72011W, which had an intermittent fault causing it to stop mid cycle
    It was an issue whereby the plug cable had become trapped either causing the wiring loom to loosen or for it to ground against the case, since I have move the cable to a better position the machine has not had any problems

    Thank you for this, so clear to follow. I get an E17 code that doesn't seem to clear, so I can't run through each step when pressing the start button. However, but the problem is the machine not starting until opned and closed the door several times. Could this be a door mechanism issue?

    I tried your sequence on my machine thank you it worked. Mine is an WUE8622 and when switching from spin test to water test it waits a bit for the drum to slow down and than carries on. Did you ever come a cross a problem when the motor spins normally in one direction and 90 rpm in the other. The other direction test couts out after 15seconds

      Using this video I was able to get into diagnostic mode to try and troubleshoot my machine stopping during cycle. While in diagnostic mode I see the same as you it seems, it stops during the right hand spin at low rpm. All other tests complete fine. Did you get to the bottom of your issue at all? Yours is the only mention I've seen of it in my research tonight. I do have a different model but the behaviour is the same. Thanks in advance!

    • @tadythefish
      @tadythefish 5 месяцев назад

      @@ScotiaGaidin does it spin at higher RPM? Mine was turning faster that it should be and after 15seconds it accelerated and stopped. I didn't come to the bottom of this. But I did manage to analyze the communication between the main board and the inverter control boart. To my suprise the main board is sending the higher rpm information to the inverter and after 15seconds it sends a strange message that is not seen on any other tests. The inverter does not recogize the command and it cuts out. So the main board is funky. My machine had a different problem. It was working normaly and from time to time it just failed to start a rotation. This gor more and more frequent when the motor got warmer. I cheated and fitted lower current sensing resistors and i installed lower back EMF sensing resitors. I added some protection diodes for the MCU and it got alot better but it still cut out after an hour and a galf of washing. By cout out I mean it was spinning in one direction, stopped and it tried to go to the other it just vibrates and stops. It waited for that cycle and tried to star in the other. Sometimes it did sometimes it was the same problem. I changed alot of parts on the inverter board. I did fet better but not as expected. In the end i just gave up since I got another used machine. My money was on the motor itself in my case. The magnets got weaker as the motor was getting hot. Waker magnets means lower torque and lower back EMF signal for the rotor position and it means higher loses wich in turn mean more heating

    Hello.... my machine is a WIR series machine. Does this method get my machine into diagnostic mode?
    I followed you steps anyway.... and it came up with E03.
    Am I correct in saying this is to do with the heating circuit?
    Apologies for all the questions... fantastic videos by the way... 👍🏻

    Hello, I'm hoping someone may be able to advise or point me in the right direction on what's going on with our machine. Our drum won't spin for any cycle (it will rotate by hand) and I can't hear any motor sounds other than the drainage pump. I've tried the diagnostic mode as per video:
    1200 light didn't come on but the 1000 spin and 600 spin lights did light up. Next click of the start button had all the lights flashing so I'm guessing those two initial spin numbers are my error codes? From there, I pressed the start button several more times with around 30 seconds gap between each press but after an initial click (presumably the door lock), nothing at all happened.
    The machine is not even 3 years old so I don't believe/would hope the motor hasn't failed already. Any advice would be much appreciated.
    I'm not sure if it would be related but a couple things I think are worth mentioning are: I checked the drainage filter and found a small hair clip stopping the propeller blade from moving, removed the clip and it now fires up on the drainage cycle. I never noticed an issue with drainage before so my hunch is that the clip has triggered a safety feature of the drum not spinning but I'm really just guessing as seems a bit of a coincidence.
    I also had to change the door seal around 6 months ago as found a small tear in the old one. The machine has seemingly been fine since that repair but thought its worth a mention.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated
    Ps, they don't build things like they used to... our old machine went on for close to 20 years between my parents and ourselves, this beko is not even 3 years old and as previously mentioned, have already had to replace the door seal and now it's broken down again. Starting to wish we held on to the old one now 😅
