I live in Sky Habitat, and I really enjoy living here. But I do have to agree with the price analysis. It doesn't seem to be good from a capital appreciation POV. My 2c: You must really buy into the architect's "house in the sky" concept, and enjoy (and pay for) outdoor space. Otherwise, if you count the price and the amount of indoor space only, it does feel too expensive.

Condo balcony can’t do zip track at all…check data transactions, many negative profit, making huge loss
