      Thank u...but commercial n retail low eyeballs. Later do. Nobody watch...hurt my rating...lol. anyway I do more residential properties. I will cover some day when I have a topic to talk about...Moreover, transaction volume not consistent across area. Data are limited. Quite hard to do proper analysis... Maybe a general one possible that cover across years...

      @@adminadmin3649 hard to tell. Sometimes 99 yrs also can make more money than FH /999 Yrs...it boils down to alot of factors.

      Hi Alan, Bishan point and Bishan is about 25yo now. Do u think selling after staying for another 13-15years will have any issue like having lease decay?

      I live in Sky Habitat, and I really enjoy living here. But I do have to agree with the price analysis. It doesn't seem to be good from a capital appreciation POV.
      My 2c: You must really buy into the architect's "house in the sky" concept, and enjoy (and pay for) outdoor space. Otherwise, if you count the price and the amount of indoor space only, it does feel too expensive.

      Condo balcony can’t do zip track at all…check data transactions, many negative profit, making huge loss
