Dang, all these badass diesel truck events are too far away! Wish there was a bigger diesel truck following here in Michigan. Our local drag racing track is mostly gassers with the occasional Nitro funny cars.
I think stack looks awesome and if you didn’t say anything wouldn’t notice and wish I could have made Wagler speedway event but hopefully see you in Wisconsin and love the PDD filters I bought a couple in event they loose manufacturing again
Can u do a video on the 6.7 rail swap? Mainly curious on the return system and weather or not i can use the big banks horn instead of gdp with my 03-05 injector harness
You can yes. The 03-05 plugs will work on a banks horn I did that awhile back. It's tight but it will fit. If you have a fleece distribution block it makes it easy 1 line from cp3 to block 1 line from rail to block 1 line from head to block
Josh those fab skills are getting too notch bro. Need to bring my 5th gen to you. I’m about to tackle a compound kit myself! Can I run a compound kit on stock fuel 2 s400?
Is the hot retorque just a thing for oring/fireringed heads? Or is that something you would do when putting a new OEM head gasket on? The truck looks awesome and sounds great. Good luck at KOS.
Personally I would highly recommend doing it at least once on a fresh gasket. Fire rings are mandatory to do a few times. And use the good studs! If using 625s it's not as "necessary" but good practice and for peace of mind. I have a set of 2000s on my 5.9 and 625s on my 6.7. My 625s didn't move much on my fresh build. The 2000s however I have found they will need to be checked periodically, they seem to stretch a bit. If you over torque the 2000s they seem to stay put. FYI I have my 2000s torqued to 140, and 625s to 160. I know that isn't the manufacturer recommendation but it's what I personally do ymmv.
The hot shots tested better for heat control, and I've had much better bearing health on big power stuff. PDD oil is still great tho, just needed some better additives
Can’t wait to see this RUclips channel grow to be as big as Greg A or bigger
Hell Yeah Brother 🇺🇸🦅
KOS is definitely one of the coolest events. I hope it continues to grow
What a Work of Art you have Created 🙏 you are a huge inspiration.

@@jamesmarlar696 that looks like a good time, unfortunately a family party to attend to that day. I'll keep that event in mind for the future, thanks.

I was thinking the same thing, even got the tear drop going on! Looks like Cody's tips have rubbed off on Josh, he has come far in a few years fo sho!
Thank you. You can on stock fuel but it won't be as much fun!

On a new gasket always 1 retorque
On fire rings 2 retorques
If 1 by 1 on studs no
Why take the gate out of the interstage just don't think you need that level of boost to make the power level you want?
Power management
See ya out there. Gonna let it have it in ET and see what Barney will run.
That wastegate made my heart skip lol I thought something blew at first.
Same 😂
Day 36 of cheering on Josh. GO JOSH!!!!!
Second retorque…did studs move ?
Yeah 1/8-1/4 turn
why you stop using pdd oil? it made for mechanical stuff?
