This is definitely an informative video and you covered each tier of how to get better. For the final part of the video, it would have been ideal to mention mage over smage and mfrz over nmage as that's more ideal for roles later on in the raid (nylos)

Clawing to push 50s is bad. It will off tick dps roles and could fuck magers on proc. Didn't bring up cross freezing or the different procedures for 12s, 15s, or 18s proc. 3/10
