Tiffany in this heat please do not use your oven. Use your air fryer. I bought one with doors on the front NOT THE BASKET. I can even bake bread in mine I bought it at Walmart. Best money I have spent. It is an air fryer convection oven regular oven dehydrator all in one. With you not having central air it has to heat up your home. Learn from my past mistakes. We had NO AC at all . I fixed like you 3 meals a day. I used my oven daily. On evening my world changed I passed out… I had to spend 2 days in the hospital. When I got home My Dad bought us AC Units. So lesson learned our forever farmhouse now has Central Air & I still won’t cook in the oven with this heat. Darling you are such a Great Wife & Mom please take care of yourself in this heat they really need you. GOD BLESS from West Central Indiana Farmland

We finally got some relief this morning it’s 76 degrees right now and it’s supposed to rain but at least we can breathe . We had cold sandwiches and salads yesterday . Hang your comforter outside ,I only do laundry very early in the morning when it’s so hot in the house . Dinner looks yummy ! Thank you ! 🐓🦃🦆

I am also very picky when it comes to crab cakes! I grew up in the Northern Neck of VA., right on the Chesapeake Bay! There is nothing better than a homemade crab cake with just enough filler to hold it together!

Hi Tiffany. I use my air fryer, Crock pot and instant pot only to cook in for this heat. I have air conditioning. You guys please be careful in the heat. Take care of Gary out in heat also.

A good crockpot meal I used to make was pork chops and rice!
I used cream of chicken and cream of mushroom with water and sometimes I’d add Lipton onion soup!
It’s yummy!
