I appreciate the review and pointing out good things and problems but find it ironic you said 20inch rims are for posers when your truck is a STX with a lariat grille and Lariat fender emblems.
"ten speed does extra shifting" absolutely right. My 2022 (so the trans should have been perfected than then 2017 version) is a bit confused on stop and go traffic. Between me braking/giving gas, the transmission jerks slightly, it's not those serious jerk that warrants repair, but just the normal, but non-smooth behavior.
Idk I love mine it’s a 3.5 ecoboost with 34k miles I’ve had no problems with it yet, and a RUclipsr that’s a mechanic praises Ford for increasing the ride and shit he says the 3.5 is pretty reliable idk I guess it depends on the person
How can you be mad at a wheel bearing going out when you just said you hit a boulder? Cant be mad man and Ford has always been the innovator of car/truck industries…… chevy and dodge (fiat) trucks cant compete for options/power vs PRICE!
@@Marcus2750-u1t ZF 8 speed transmission is a reliable transmission. I'm just saying, ford charges a ridiculous amount of money for their trucks and they arent that good. All I have done is oil change, battery change on the truck. So dont hate on dodge, but I'll gladly hate GM/Chevy
Why didnt you get your Ford diesel a tune also? That would have eliminated all that. Also the newer ecoboost IS more powerful but the truck also has gotten heavier due to stuffing 10 lbs of crap in a 5 lb bag…… I love Fords I have a f150 with coyote v8 and a mustang gt track pack 5.0 yote as well….. to me they are the best over given options…..

How much miles you have ?
Oh I forgot to tell you they sell cam phaser lockout kits that remove them altogether…..
