Just got my Seniors annual HoloHolo card. It's an Unlimited bus and rail travel pass on Oahu for $45! Might be checking out the North Shore again sooner than later, since I don't have to drive! Since using public transport, I'm not sure if eating garlic shrimp would be congenial to fellow riders. :) I'm officially now a Senior Citizen. Hoping it's a good thing. Coming up on retirement is Scary! Said this before but I Luv this channel!

Paalaa Kai Bakery's malasadas (plain or custard filled) are NO joke! IMHO, better than Leonard's Bakery Should have gotten that too, severely underrated! Fill out their form on their website to get their laminated Discount Card. It will be mailed to you in about 1+months. Present that to the cashier and get 10% or 15% off depending on the day of the week! Visitors and residents are eligible! Haven't been to Dick's Lechon since Dec 2019 as they are inconsistent on foods and service. Per Yelp, it is not a loss for me as their recent reviews have been BAD hence their 2.9 out of 5 stars overall rating. Enjoy your videos whenever you guys are here in Hawaii 🤙🤙🤙

In the LA area, there is a franchise of Ululani's Shave Ice. In Hawaii, we do not pronounce or write the word 'shaved' in the past tense--- so *no* 'd' at the end. If you go to Hawai'i island, the local people there called it 'ice shave'.
You hit up our favorite food trucks in Waikele. Dick's lechon is a favorite. At Pearlridge off of Kamehameha Hwy, they have food trucks that include Leonards and Dicks, I believe, in addition to Birria, BBQ and Hawaiian foods. Maybe you can check it out next time. Snow Puffies are definitely winnahs!

We just got back from LA where my daughter attended Anime LA and I just tagged along. I had to make a run over to King’s Hawaiian to get my fill of Oxtail Soup, Paradise Cake and Ube Mochi Donuts, plus a spam musubi appetizer plate to take with me to the Con. But what I wanted to ask was did Erin go to Anime LA? While waiting for the swap meet to begin on the second night, I could have sworn that I saw her sitting by herself on the stairs right by the entrance of the swap meet. I wasn’t sure but it sure looked like her and I didn’t want to make a fool of myself in case I was wrong. Anyway, great vlog, as usual. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
