Agreed. Erin is so adorable. I think it was mentioned before that she has a job. If Erin has her own channel she would have a hectic schedule like her parents. I think Erin wouldn’t want such a hectic life as she needs time to hang out with boys or her boyfriend, haha!!!!
The first time we went to Oahu was way back in the late '90's and took a tour that included the north shore and was fun. They took us to Giovanni's and the food was amazing... it was my first experience having lunch from a food truck! Years later we went there with friends who also loved it. I'm glad they are still there! I really like your videos! So fun!
Aloha Bill and Lisa!! My wife and I says "Thank you" for the shout out. Glad you guys went to Kono's Jenny's, and my favorite, Ted's Bakery! Hope you guys have more trips here in Hawaii. Safe travels🤙😋
Hello Bill, Lisa and Erin. I could sit and watch the North Shore all day. Especially with a couple pieces of those pies. LOL. It is so beautiful. Peace and Blessings.
So many great places to take away from this video! Matsumoto’s is definitely a must do, tourist spot or not, they have the BEST shaved ice! ❤ All that shrimp had me drooling! Another great video, thanks for all you do Bill & Lisa (and ohana too!) 🥰😘
You all seem to be having a great time ,I really like it when you guys come here to my home town and visit all these places that I haven't been to in a long time, it makes me wanna go visit it real soon like the north shore,Matsumotos, Ted's etc.just taking a cruise around the island which us locals like to do once in a while, keep exploring more places and I will keep following along with you guys by the way you folks look like locals your selves enjoy the rest of your trip and aloha from Ray,by now 😊
Next time you're in North Shore, come try our crepes truck North Shore Crepes Cafe. We have the best, most authentic French crepes on the island. Try our most popular crepe the Waikiki, with nutella, strawberries and bananas with ice cream and whipped cream!
Thank you for doing this vlog of the North Shore. Nice to see you enjoying the shrimps, and shaved-ice, with the family. Amazing to see what has become of shaved-ice - a gourmet delight! You were lucky to see a sea turtle on the beach - a good sign. Lunch was awesome looking and the pies must have “Topped” a great afternoon on the North Shore-area of Oahu. Looking forward to the next segment of your journey to Hawaii. Best wishes and much aloha! 🤙🧧
Alohaaa! Bill&Lisa and Ohana 🏝 yo my favorite spot on da island! Mahalos for taking me back--in-time, my Hometown where I was raised "Haleiwa"💕 glad yall could enjoy da best grines on da Island Haleiwa food wagons😋 And oh yes da Best pies on da Island! aaww yes I remember those diving days out dea those beaches and always catching dem 🌊🏄♂️🏄♀️ Have a Blessed Aloha Week🌺 see yall on da nex one💕🤙
Glad you guys tried Konos! Apparently there is now one in Las Vegas? We tried two times to see the turtles at turtle beach and both times we came up empty so you guys are lucky! We tried Jenny’s on our recent trip and definitely liked Giovanni’s more but maybe we got a bad batch.
Bad batch, possibly so. Ours that day was delicious. Another comment here mentioned the worst shave ice they had was at Matsumoto's saying it was crunchy ice like which is very unusual for them. So a bad batch here and there is very possible. That all said, we love Kono's too! On their website, shows 2 Vegas locations. We'll try and stop at one of them next time to compare. On the turtle, we were actually driving by and saw a bunch of people staring at the sand, so had to make a U-Turn and see what's up. lol. So glad we did!
Bill & Lisa, looks like you had a great time in Hawaii, a lot of great food, scenery, etc...my wife & I are planning a trip there in the near future although I dread the big jet lag from here in Ky. near Cincinnati, enjoy
Next time u guys are on the north shore area gotta hit up Hukilau Cafe in laie or Papa Oles ! Awesome job and go to PCC and do a full day vlog of all the villages and night show love ur guys video safe travels and have fun ! Ur daughter is the Best!
All that food looked so delicious, but the coconut shrimp looked so yummy 😍 I love the look of the shaved ice, the colours are so vibrant, I’d love to try one of those one day. You’re all having such a wonderful time.
Aloha Bill and Lisa 🌺 we have been to the Hawaii swap meet quite a few times , it has changed so much no home made products anymore , tapa cloth gone , glassware gone a quite a lot of manufactured products , Matsumoto , also has changed this last August the shaved ice was so wet , too sweet , the only good thing we’re the mochi balls and cream , even tho I’m Asian I do not like Azuki beans lol My favorite Teds 👍 yummy 😋
We noticed at the swap meet, lots of repeating items. Once in a while you'll see some unique items. There was another row of vendors, but was mostly private sellers with some new, used, and antiques. Sounds like some inconsistencies with Matsumoto's. One other commented the ice being a bit crunchy. I hear you about the Azuki beans, I'm not a fan of wasabi. lol
@ 13:50 Your souvenir T-Shirt is cool. Not sure if know but it’s a collab design from a company called Aloha Revolution. They designed the upside down Aloha (V7OHV) and have their own merchandise. As far as I know they have collab with TheRainbiw Drive-in , and The Dole Plantation with individual designs. They do have their own shop and sell online. RUclipsr , Hello from Hawaii , wears their hats and did a video on them. Cheers 🌴🤙
@@billandlisa I think they had supply chain issues with some ingredients and just couldn’t put out the volume for stores. Hopefully that will resolve in time.
You know we love that place. We actually stopped by and got a Shoyu poke, but they were off their game that day. Didn’t shoot a video, but was 6/10, kinda disappointing.
Awesome video! My wife and I look forward to watching your videos! Was wondering how the price of the coconut shrimp plate from the food truck compared to the ones you got from the Aulani?
Hey Bill, & Lisa. Great videos so far on your Hawaii trip. Question: at the luau I noticed you didn’t film them taking the pig out of the pit, & it was a buffet. Do they no longer do that? Was it just this luau?
Teds bottles their sauces if you want to marinate your own meats and grill them. I think Times carries these sauces. I like their Kal Bi sauce.😋 That's why I no longer see Teds pies in the markets.
Whooooooooooooaaaaaaa looks all Delish!!!!
Pies look delicious
I love to eat my shrimp, shell and all too!! I gotta try Jenny’s next time.
Love cruzing the North Shore 🤙🏼
Erin is so adorable I love her food reviews. She should have a channel too!

I love Hawai’i. I love its unique foods, and ways.
"we have a big eating day today" aw yeah! That's what I like to hear in a Bill and Lisa video! 👍👍👍
So many places to try, so little time, right? 🤣😋

Erin cracks me up!
Thank you Erin (sp) for saying you can eat the shell. A lot of people think you can't. I eat the tail all the time!

Very delicious video. Lots of great looking food. Great info. Thanks and take care.
Great fun video especially Erin lol. Enjoy it!
I agree! Growing up on the north shore we only had Matsumoto shave ice & it never disappoint us till now, just long lines. LoL 🤙
Sometimes you get lucky, we just walked in with no line. 🤗
So much fun and deliciousness!

Erin at 17:16!😂😂😂
Great video! Can you please do a shoutout to John and rosey for their anniversary? They are big big fans🤗
Sure, look for it in a couple weeks. 👍🏼
Kono’s has the best chipotle hot sauce. So glad there is one in Las Vegas now.
Definitely trying the one in Vegas soon.
Oh everything looked so good. Now I'm hungry lol. Where dud Erin get her Puka shell necklace?
She got it from the Aloha Stadium swap meet. 👍🏼
Isn’t Hawaii the best? Enjoy guys!
Agreed! We love Hawaii! 🤗
All the food looked so yummy. I’m sad we can get the pies in Foodland any more. ☹️. Erin is a hoot. Enjoy her reviews.
Hopefully Ted's will partner with Foodland again. Not sure why they stopped.
@@billandlisa I think they had supply chain issues with some ingredients and just couldn’t put out the volume for stores. Hopefully that will resolve in time.
Y’all look so relaxed. How do you get so much time off work from your jobs. That’s awesome you have flexibility schedules
Just using our vacation time wisely. 👍🏼
@@billandlisa that’s smart. I can’t wait til I can go part time semi retired so I’ll have more free time
