But it's hard to follow your mouse movements. Can you change the mouse pointer to something bigger and darker? And maybe pause for a second before clicking on your selection. Thanks!

You must read minds Julia! I just saw this bonus on my Capitol One. Unfortunately I don't have an Iberia account yet so it's a no go. I wonder if the other avios airlines have the same 90 day rule?
they often have both, but I find that the sales tend to be more frequent. I'd also personally opt more for the sales rather than transfer bonuses and save my transferrable currencies for an airline that doesn't tend to put points on sale (e.g. Virgin Atlantic)
Is there really that much difference between business class and first class? Both have lay flat seats for easy sleep on the flight, lounge access and much better food than economy.
It usually depends on the airline. I find that for international flights, business class is geared towards functionality while first class is geared towards luxury. For Emirates and Singapore, the first class product was vastly superior, but I'd venture to say not really necessary and I'd usually opt for business class to save a few points and have more award availability options.

I didn't have that problem with Qatar, so it must not be all of them.

Why are the searches almost all the time just one way.
Because award bookings are easier that way. You need flexibility. Search each way separately.
