Props to the developer to gave the local government the scan data for preservation and maintenance. These places need to be enjoy by future generations
Partially true. Significant parts of Chinese history has been destroyed or lost through. Nobody knows what the Epang Palace and the Twelve Bronze Colossus of the Qin look like because they were all destroyed. Nobody knows the the huge Tang Dynasty Daming Palace in Changan looked like because it was destroyed during the middle ages. Japan was said to have modeled their city of Kyoto as a replica of Changan and mini versions of the palace and buildings.
Aside from those already lose in time, they also lose some sites because of the 3 Gorges Dam alone, submerge under the reservoir. Archaeological expedition to recover & remove as much of those site before the Dams completion was a well known expense at the time.

Great video, plus a new announcement! Planning to purchase the new version of the staff. Just curious, are you planning to replicate Erlang Shen's (二郎神) spear, Sanjian Liangren Qiang (三尖兩刃槍) from Black Myth: Wukong in the future? I think it would be an awsome addition for Black Myth collection!

Don't disturb these ancient buildings unless the government develops a specific tourist area to avoid damage. I saw many buildings are very dilapidated. If there are too many tourists, it will definitely affect these buildings.
This IS a tourist site, and it attracts tourist to come to boost the local economic, in which way the gov can have more money to protect and maintain these buildings. If these building really got no DISTURB, then they will truly be forgotten and become ruins just like many old village of China.
@@schandler4530 Agree, without the publicity, Wukong Dev. team could never find this place and without the tourists, this place will be forgotten soon, the worst scenario, be demolished and rebuild to a modern building for a more lucrative business, which will be a big loss for our country and future generation.

This is such an amazing video. It has the Ruyi Jingu Bang, Erlang's Doggo, Lanxi Village... so awesome! Thank you so much for sharing!
Fascinating that the devs came and 3D scanned actual historical places to use in the game.
China dosen´t really need to imagine what the past looked like, it´s ALL there in real time in real life.
