Youre the gold standard for these tours. Ive watched several others and your knowledge and attention to the details stand out! I hate seeing an awesome house and the agent/tour guide doesnt point out awesome features or know the correct terminologies for them. I always think "Enes would have asked about this material or feature". YOU ROCK!!!

This is the best house I've watched on the channel.
If I ever have enough money or better luck in life I will design a home close to this one. The espresso there is top notch. First office I've seen that's not a converted bedroom with bathroom. And that's great.

I’ve watched your channel for over a year now. While all the houses are stunning this house really spoke to me. The layout, details and furnishings are so elegant yet homely. I love the divide between the formal dining and the main living room, that wine storage under the stairs is genius use of space. The double sided fireplace in the main living room. Everything is perfect! Don’t get me started on that cute guest house and decking. Just the perfect family home! Would love to see more from the same developer. They obviously build homes not houses. Well done!

The music game on this channel has always been smooth since the start, a nice lil' atmospheric stylish touch that I think got overlooked in the comments - which is a shame 'cause once again Mikey & Enes's YT peers/competitors didn't always use music to their best effect if at all. Music choice, its vibe, its judicial use when appropriate always elevates an edit!

My entryway sign when my kids were young was “Thou Shalt Not Whine”. I meant it.
I love the fact that every single part of this house is so inviting... The way that the wood and the soft light creates that relaxing mood. Couches are deep-seated and look so comfortable. Beautiful backyard layout. The design is very consistent and practical all throughout the entire property. This is definitely an A++++ for me 😎.

This is definitely my favourite house you've toured. It's great to see the extravagant properties, but this seems some liveable. The use of the spaces is nothing short of genius. I'm a sucker for a good wine cellar and this is hands down my favourite one I've seen featured. I love it.

That string lighting was just the cherry on top for this house. So cozy... Loved it!
For me, this is the best home I've seen on any channel. And for me, it narrowly beats out the "Treehouse" in Orlando's Winter Park (by Phil Kean Design Group). This house here is sooo cozy and liveable and just gives that family friendly vibe. Great job Enes and crew!

You've toured a lot of places and brought us some amazing homes. Personally this gorgeous place with the wood throughout and all the open spaces is my favorite so far. For the price of this house and guest house, 9 million is really reasonable and a bargain. Thanks for always doing a super great job. Put off watching this video by about a week cause I was busy and I'm not disappointed now that I've seen it.
The developers really went to town on this home, it's just under 10 million but it's a very spacious liveable home, has this homely feel to it.
The wood theme throughout the house is wonderful and the lighting in the backyard tops it off for me.
