Hi james, It was a great video i have started to implement the technique at my Gym But Do you have any other ways to improve your strength Coz I cant have pull up bars installed at my place due to certain reasons Are there any alternatives from which I can improve my strength without Pull ups at my house using only bands which target the same muscles used for pullups
Best exercise to improve upper body strength......Push ups! Always a great go to, requires no additional equipment, but body weight. Want to really spice things up, try a banded push- up 👊
