    This is by far the BEST Pull-Up tutorial I've seen. I watch a lot of them from many different channels on RUclips. The way you explain and prepare to work up is very practical, James!

    Fantastic stuff...always been pretty good at pull-ups but really learned how to improve with this..definitely getting your bands too

    This video I think will be extremely beneficial. Pull-ups have always been difficult for me. What a great program for this type of development. Especially for a home workout with bands. Looking forward to applying these techniques. Thanks much James.

    Hi james,
    It was a great video i have started to implement the technique at my Gym
    But Do you have any other ways to improve your strength Coz I cant have pull up bars installed at my place due to certain reasons
    Are there any alternatives from which I can improve my strength without Pull ups at my house using only bands which target the same muscles used for pullups

      Best exercise to improve upper body strength......Push ups! Always a great go to, requires no additional equipment, but body weight. Want to really spice things up, try a banded push- up 👊
