I agree with your comments but it is still so obvious how many brick and mortar stores completely ignore customers or give a horrible experience if they do engage them. Training in customer service and contact is still lacking.

I plan on opening up a speciality store that sells only scotch tape. all sorts of colors and sizes. clear or transparent too. wish me luck.
