Another Slow Flow Friday! Probably should have done the today’s back challenge first but I’ll go onto it now. Don’t change your approach Doc. You are one of the best “things” I’ve found on RUclips.

Love the waves!! So calming to breathe with. Found the “Sheba?” Pose, bringing the knee in to the elbow quite challenging to hold balance in.
The waves are a huge favorite for us to! Keep at it and it will get better, remember to modify until you feel comfortable to fully commit! I modify all the time, Akili modifies every time!🤣
Did not have a chance to do this yesterday, but it was a great start to my morning! Some poses were quite challenging, but I enjoyed it and can tell my balance on my left side is improving.

Wow this was just what I needed! Felt a loy around my but and the ner thigv muschles. So stif and fashia pain. Would love some fashia stretching for the outer thighes if thats even possible 😄👍🙏❤️❤️❤️
