- My collection is always scattered around the place. I do not store these watches at home.
From the first video you can see I have a mixture of all different types of watches. Chronographs, manual-winds, black dials, exposed dials, precious metals, stainless steel. The list goes on.
This is the beauty of collecting. You can go down any journey you wish. I've met some interesting collectors in my life - some literally collect the same watch, but in different color variations. Other collectors may base it on complications, or different regions of watchmaking.
Whatever it is - it is your choice.
Watches that I am showing in this video:
1. Tudor Black Bay Bronze
2. Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe Calendar Moonphase
3. Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional Hesalite
4. Mont Blanc Nicolas Riussec Monopusher Chronograph
Since my original collection video I am delighted to announce that two watches have departed and thus given me the opportunity to re-fill their places. I am looking closely at what is missing, and what I am interested in right now :)
I often tell my teams that it is a beautiful time to be in the industry, and also to be a watch collector. There is so much information available, and also there is so much offering. My opinion is that variety is the spice of life - and we only have one life - so why not explore more possibilities if you have the opportunity to do so.
This is filmed inside our 101 Collins Street boutique. If you are in Melbourne please feel free to drop in.
Impressive Collection...that Mont Blanc is KILLER 🔥🔥
Yes sir. The Mont Blanc is truly a magnificent offering :). Thank you!
Nice. Especially nice that we got a better view of the watches in this video.
Much better closeups of the collection. Maybe part 1 can get the same treatment?
Next few vids will def have!
If my wrist was bigger, I would go after the Montblanc!
Don't let the wrist stop you
Man I'd love to get my collection up to your level one day ⌚️⌚️
Thank you for your kind words. Anything is possible in this world :)
Wow amazing collection ! The color of the Tudor BB is fantastic
Thank you!
I also have the Mont Blanc, but yours look a bit fancier. There are quite a few iterations of this watch, I can never get my head around the sub-models.
Manual wind / Auto movement. Then It's just different complications (GMT, Date, etc). If you have the Nicolas Riussec then you are a true watch lover :)
Alt metal (I went with the 925 because of wrist size), historic, manual winding (couldn’t bond with the speedy so sold it to my brother), and mono-pusher (came close a few times but that damn L2L) to round out a great collection (including part 1).
Minimal overlap.
Deep and personal.
Nice to see this collection for someone who has access to so many wrist-flexes (my complement to your discipline, lol).
Wrist size?
Mate. Out of the thousands of people I have interacted with over the decades of my career - you are the only person who has understood my collection and direction. Bravo. If you were in Australia we would be very good coffee buddies. I think I am around 17cm.
Surprisingly, no Rolex, AP, Patek, or Vacheron? Or is it a surprise for another video? 😏
I have indeed had the pleasure of owning a few of those watches especially given we were ADs for them many moons ago. Today though it's my rule that I only talk about watches that we carry. And to be honest - it's good enough for me :)
Interesting! So, do you own any of them now even though you all aren't ADs for them any more?
Oh ur Aussie. Where abts mate- Sydney ? I want a speedy sapphire crystal- I have very small wrists. I have to save slowly and one day may be I can afford it.
Good video mate
Am located in Melbourne but do travel to Sydney often as we have a boutique in Westfield under Messika. When you are ready - come down to Melbourne and let me know, happy to look after you :)
@@bernardfung88 sure thing. I’ll ping ya when I’m ready

Cheers for both compliments - I have to thank my hairdresser later

COMING SOON!!! with some deductions lol. A few watches have left the room.
@@bernardfung88 looking forward to the update then 😄
No G-Shock?
When I was young I did indeed have some. At the moment in my core collection I don't see a space for one.
You like the hands of the bathyscaph ? Terrible taste
Thanks you for taking the time to drop a comment - Enjoy!!
Terrible watches … unless you own a shop with these shitters you would never buy them … non of the mentioned ones
Each to their own I guess - Thanks for stopping by :)
