They are not providing covered car parking for all the flats, they give covered parking for only 3 and 4 bhk flats. If you are booking 2 bhk ready to park your car in open place inside around the perimeter of compound wall
You are correct. The 2BHK's don't have covered car parking. Generally, when a project is like this, the association gets involved after the CC and installs canvas roofs over the covered car parking slots
Don't buy from DRA where they don't have transparent😢 on the process or customer support. I invested in DRA truliv navaluar as per agreement it should be handed over by Mar2023 but still they are cooking some stories and not yet a handover.
The UDS on this project is around 31% of the Saleable area i.e for a 1700 sft apartment, the UDS will be 526 sqft approximately.
