I see many bad reviews of their previous project windermare w.r.t their quality and water seepage issue. I know they are changing their construction technology to fully concrete… can you talk about it. Will they address the issue in future projects
Hello Praveen. Thanks for writing to us. Yes, there were some issues with seepage in phase 1, but all of them have been rectified. Seepage generally occurs when people make structural alterations to their apartments after handover. Yes, you are correct when you say that the technology has been changed to MiVan in this phase, and they have already addressed these issues.
Dei I live here…. Horrible … the parking walls and poorly painted spoiling the car roofs n mirror … even a single window part won’t be available to replace … flood …. Spoiled my car …. Maintance is costly and not worth … residence here for 6 years …. Don’t spend here … rather buy a plot at home town and just rent here …
sir , i know the area is prone to water stagnation and flooding, in case of extreme rains because of the topography of the area . it is surrounded by lakes and marshlands, thats why its an serene place to live, now the government has already solved the problem of water outflow so compared to 2015 to now the water will receed within a day or two. and soon will solve the inflow problem too the government will take adequate measures.
@@ConnectionPointIndia no to fix the generators … it took 4 days where the outside world out of purva was so normal …. Leve about the floods … why r parking walls so bad and leaking …. It’s better to talk to residents before showing the fancy club house and model blocks
To add on extra money was collected part of maintance … jus for vehicle gate which hardly worked for 1 month and now back to stickers …. Security approving no approved vendors . 2 theft incidents in this year plus a police arrest of people smoking weed …. Don’t tell me it’s a safe community …. It’s very normal like rest

No not yet resolved, there r parking problems, air cracks in the apartment towers and seepage in the top floors are to be rectified by the comany
